Make this sweet retreat your next vacation destination on North Lake Leelanau. "Marcia Lee Lake House" is cabin style bungalow. (House is attached to another residence, but of course totally private entrance and no shared spaces). Walk into this charmer and enter the well-apportioned kitchen. Granite countertops, dishwasher, and all the kitchen amenities that make cooking easy. The Bar area overlooks the kitchen with an additional dining table for family meals. Off of the open-concept kitchen/dining area is the living room which overlooks the lake. Flat panel TV with cable and internet are provided.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The lakeside bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom is full. There is one bath on the main floor. The upper level is a loft (third bedroom) which features 2 full beds, a TV, and a bathroom on this level. There is a little nook area on the upper level for relaxing in a quiet corner that calls for a book and a cup of tea! Washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are included. No pets allowed.

Outdoors is a huge wide open space that is perfect for the kids that walk down to 200 feet of sparkling hard sandy bottom lakefront. Wow, spectacular sunset views here. There is a dock provided so bring your fishing boat and enjoy fishing this great lake. Swimming is the best here too. Sandy Shore for the kids. Shallow at the shore for the kids and out to the sand bar makes for lots of water fun. There is a patio and gas grill right out your door. Fire pit too. 3 kayaks are provided. Volleyball net and horseshoes for some outdoor fun. You will not be disappointed here. Enjoy all the North has to offer!

This home is located between the village of Lake Leelanau and Leland. Want to spend some time on Lake Michigan? Good Harbor Beach is less than 10 minutes away. There are so many wineries in this area it will take you all week to get through them. Enjoy tons of gift stores and quaint shops. Don't worry about eating out. There are so many terrific places to enjoy. There are also roadside stands offering great local fresh food. The possibilities are endless here.
