Family friendly, large house in a very quiet, safe residential area. My place is close to Sony Studios and downtown Culver City. You’ll love peace and quiet area, nearby families with kids playing in the yards, our front yard featuring planter boxes and solar lights, a refurbished kitchen that includes a double oven and a HUGE, well lit master bedroom. My place is good for business travelers and families (with kids).

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY AND A NO SMOKERS PROPERTY. SEE THE RULES SECTION BELOW. IF YOU SMOKE ON PROPERTY, IN THE HOUSE, NEAR THE HOUSE, ETC., YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL DAMAGES WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Rental is for the house, front yard and one parking spot only. Kindly do not use the back yard nor the garage please.

Noise limitation and no parties of any kind. This is a family residential area and most families are in bed between 9pm and 10pm. Kindly choose a different location if you are looking for a louder, fun, party area. This house is close to parks, the city swimming pool, downtown Culver City and Sony Studios (great house for visiting workers).

Please be respectful of the neighborhood. This is an area known for its peacefulness, serenity and safety. Please help us keep it that way. :)

Georgia National Championship Football

Zig and his son were very ways to deal with, they were very helpful in every way. The home is very comfy. Beds were great. Kitchen was awesome. W/D was very helpful. All in all is was a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone!! Good Wi-Fi and tv. Thanks so much Zig and Chaz!!

The Perfect Place

Our week in this neat, clean, charming house was perfect for us. It provided the perfect combination of spacious comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room and well-equipped kitchen as well as essential laundry facilities in a very nice walkable neighborhood with convenient access to everything we needed. We would highly recommend this rental!

Great time!

This is not a party house. Host will make that very clear prior to booking. We we're on a sight seeing / visiting friends vacation. Great location. Great neighborhood. Everything from high end steakhouses to street tacos within 5 minutes from each other. We had an awesome time. Host was very responsive. If you're looking for a home with a great location and a friendly neighborhood; this is a great place to stay.
