Reservation is not confirmed until booking deposit has been received and a signed rental agreement has been secured.
Person signing the agreement and paying is required to be 25 years of age or older and a photocopy of an ID for the signer is required. The person signing the agreement must also be in residence throughout the duration of the rental and is responsible for all other guests. This a requirement by the City of Palm Springs for all vacation rentals.
Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax of 12.5% is mandatory by the City of Palm Springs and will be added to all stays under 28 days.
You will be contacted by Su Casa Property Care for information needed to draw up the agreement for your review and signature. They will need a NON VRBO email address to do this, as VRBO will sometimes block out phone numbers and email addresses.
