Independent stone country house surrounded by 3480 sq m land and garden. The house is completely independent, has its own gate and entrance. The front of the house has a porch with patio that overlooks hill-perched Todi.
Ground Floor: Relatively small living room with fireplace and direct access to the porch and the pool area, kitchenette (oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster), 2 bathrooms (WC, bidet, sink, shower), 2 double bedrooms
Loft: 2 double bedrooms (adjoining - see drawing under pictures), storage and laundry.
Pool 6 x 12 m (1m desc. to 2m deep) with arched end - open from May until September.
10 Km from Todi, 4Km from the nearest village, coffee bar, grocery and restaurant, 15 Km from the E45 highway exit.

An amazing place

What a privilege to stay in this wonderful home on the hill with a view of Todi and surrounding hills. The house was absolutely beautiful with everything you could need including a bbq where we cooked every night. Thomas was great from the moment we began communicating and I knew from the start that this would be perfect and it was. I can’t see staying anywhere else in umbria and hope to return in 2024. It really was the best and one of the most perfect places we have stayed in our frequent trips to Italy…thank you Thomas for creating this little bit of heaven !

Great getaway

We have stayed twice at this house now, and loved it both times. This is a quick 2 hour drive from Rome, making it very convenient for us to come for the weekend. The house is beautifully appointed. It’s not large but everything fits perfectly in the space. We especially love the grill and the outdoor space. We haven’t yet come during a season in which we could use the pool but it certainly looks beautiful. The fireplace inside is a fantastic addition, great for the cold weather. We travel with our dogs, and thus especially appreciate the fully fenced in backyard. The views from the backyard are marvelous! Todi is a short drive away, and well worth a visit. Grocery stores and shops are about a 10 to 15 minute drive, easily accessible. Communication with the owner was easy. He responds very quickly to questions and was available for anything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous views and sunrises

Beautiful views, wonderful pool & Green lawn. Great to eat outside. Secure with gated all fenced in property. However, although the Two Downstairs bedrooms were fine, the one on the mezzanine floor which was the access to the loft room (4th bedroom) was open to the house noise and the 4th bedroom was more of a loft storage room with only a small skylight and no window. It also had the water tank and boiler in the only storeroom of the house. It was a very hot room and we did not have particularly hot weather. Each time water was used the water pump would activate which could be heard throughout the house especially at night. During the night the pump would run a few times even if no one was using the toilets. The kitchen could accommodate one person at the time - very small. We found the bed linen a bit scruffy and thought that using duvet covers as a top sheets a bit strange. Also, on arrival the loft room bed only had a single bottom sheet with corners which obviously could not reach the corners of the mattress.

Freistehendes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager, 1 Hund waren 2 Wochen im Juli hier. Der Vermieter in Dänemark war zuvorkommend und sehr schnell im Antworten von sms. Das Haus liegt in einer über holprige Feldwege zu erreichende ländliche Gegend. Gutes Schuhwerk und robustes Auto sind hier von Vorteil. Die Einrichtung ist solide und hochwertig (Möbel, Dusche etc.). Die Küche ist klein, verfügt aber über 4 Gasplatten, Backofen und einen grossen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Geschirr: IKEA. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. 2 Doppelschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit guten Betten. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gut geschnitten. Der Garten ist gepflegt und gross, der Pool fast 100 qm gross. das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, unser Hund konnte frei laufen.
