Modern and comfortable non-smoking apartment in the centre of Vienna, large living room with huge flat screen TV, computer, free internet Wifi, DVD, radio etc. The apartment is located in the city centre at the Vienna City Hall and Vienna Parliament, on the 5th floor with elevator in the prime residential area of Vienna.. Very reasonable price!, `- Definitely the best price-performance ratio, quiet and bright, with free broadband internet connection with computer, free sauna, gym, sun bed and bicycles. Metro station, tram and taxis are almost at the doorstep. Lots of good shopping facilities, many restaurants (cheap to posh) and 4 Viennese cafes! Close by and modern Museumsquartier - bike path right outside the house! Covered car parking only € 9 / day - next door. We look forward to meeting you, and try to ensure that you have a great holiday! !! Neat and furnished lovingly !!

Great apartment, great location and really nice host

We have stayed in a number of apartments on our holidays but this was by far the best. The apartment is of great quality with 2 separate bedrooms. The apartment was spotless and you could tell the owners take great care with it. The owners themselves are extremely helpful and friendly assisting us with many things during our stay.

The other fantastic detail about the apartment is the location. It is right in the Museum Quarter with a short walk to the main tourist attractions of Vienna (Hofburg Palace, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Albertina, etc.). The location also has several shops very close for buying things such as milk and bread.

Very good

Apartment is very clean and has everything you need for normal life away from home.

Location is very good and all major sightseeing in the center of Vienna

can be reached by walking. The host Katharina is very friendly and helpful.

She can be easily reached by phone. If we visit Vienna again we will

definitely stay at this apartment.

Excellent apartment! Excellent location! Wonderful owner!

Our stay in Vienna for 4 nights was quite pleasant, despite some rainy October weather. It was nice to return to a spacious, comfortable and clean apartment each day. The location was very close to the Rathaus underground stop and within a one mile walk of St. Stephen Platz. Walking distance to Museum Quarter, and close to several restaurants, groceries and shops. My wife and I enjoyed the master bedroom with king bed and nice bathroom with two sinks, tub and separate shower with rain shower head and separate wand. The second bedroom accommodated three university students comfortably. Kitchen was nice, living area spacious and comfortable. There was direct access to a roof top terrace which would have been pleasant to use if not for the rainy weather. Washer and dryer came in handy, however, as an American, I would suggest some detailed written instructions in English since both machines operate quite differently from those we have in the States. The only real problem we encountered was an unexpected knock at the door by a maintenance man letting us know some unexpected electrical work needed to be done and we would be without electricity for the morning and afternoon. The owner we dealt with, Katherina Kovacic, was very apologetic and compensated by buying us breakfast at a nearby restaurant and giving us a discount on the rate for that day. All in all a very fine accommodation and a place we would look forward to returning to!

Great location for Vienna city center!

We rented apartment 53 and were extremely happy with the apartment. The size of the living area was very comfortable for the 4 adults and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The apartment was very clean and also had laundry which was very convenient since we were 4 adults and stayed 6 days. Frau Katherina was always helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect! There are 2 small grocery stores within 2 blocks of the apartment. We could walk in 10 minutes into the city center and the street cars and subways are within a few blocks. We highly recommend apartment 53 to anyone visiting Vienna!! This place is perfect for anyone visiting and seeing Vienna city center. Many thanks Katherina for a great vacation in Wien!! We are looking forward to coming back again!!! Gerhard

A wonderful place to stay-- perfect in every way

This is a beautiful apartment. It is well furnished, attractive and perfectly located. I am a grand mother and was accompanied by 3 teen agers. They loved the sauna. We all loved the rooftop terrace where we had a spectacular picnic. Place is clean and perfectly maintained.

Spacious bright apartment

I'm not sure I want to publicise the good points of this apartment because if more people book, it will be more difficult to get a booking! This is a very comfortable, well-equipped and spacious flat. A large roof terrace is a great bonus during the hot summers.

The apartments 'Vienna 52' and 'Vienna 42' are non-smoking apartments!! They are located on Auerspergstrasse 7, in a modern, listed, totally renovated, historic building in the Vienna City Hall and Parliament, next to Palais Auersperg. Directly in front of the house begins the 1st District !!!.

Coming from the south and west highways, just head towards the city centre (to Karlsplatz) and turn to the left into the '2nd line' in the direction of 'Rathaus'. Approximately 200 metres in front of the Vienna City Hall is the apartment located on the left side of the road next to 'Palais Auersperg'! From the airport, best with a taxi (approx € 32) or take the CAT (railway) to Landstrasser Wien Mitte and then ride with the U2 to the City Hall! (about 25 minutes). The house Auerspergstraße No 7 is found on the right hand side!
