Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay here from the start. The listing says that a washer and dryer were provided in-unit, one of the reasons we booked here. When we checked in, we couldn’t find the washer and dryer. I sent a message in our VRBO app asking about it and didn’t receive a reply until we were already home several days later. One afternoon of our stay an alarm was going off in another unit for over two hours, we called the number posted in the unit and it was disconnected. When we finally got ahold of someone it still wasn’t handled right away. We ended up leaving the unit because it was so disruptive. The last night we were there, we were very uncomfortable because of people wandering by our car. The neighborhood was very sketchy and we were so uncomfortable that we ended up moving our flights to leave early. The beds were very uncomfortable, many of the flooring planks were broken/cracked, the place looked not very well taken care of. I emailed the property manager about my issues two days ago to give an opportunity to have these items addressed privately rather than posting such a negative review, but I still haven’t received a response at all two days later. I do NOT recommend this unit or owner.
