The second floor apartment has new HVAC system heating and air conditioning. Never worry about finding parking. The building includes a large back parking lot for our guest. Wonderful apartment and experience in St Paul.

We had such a great time on our trip and the apartment was perfect. It was just one couple but the apartment is set up great for 2 couples. Bed was very comfy and the entire apartment was clean and modern.

Check in process was smooth and the little ice creamery and pizza spot downstairs were an added bonus with nice friendly workers. Would definitely stay again and or recommend.

Wonderful Location and place to stay

My family of 4 stayed here Jan 2017 for a wedding in St. Paul. We did not want to stay in a hotel and found this lovely apartment. My kids loved it because there was pizza and ice cream just down the stairs. I loved it because it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location. There is coffee right across the street and a Walgreens right on the corner. We walked all up and down Grand Avenue shopping. This was my first experience staying in a VRBO and I was more than happy. There were plenty of supplies available and I loved the laundry option. I would pick this place over any hotel in St. Paul! You do have to walk up steps so if you can't do steps, this is not the place for you.

Excellent choice to stay in St. Paul

Our family of 4 stayed at this apartment. It was fabulous. The apartment was immaculate, had all the amenities we needed and was close to shops and restaurants. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable as was the pull out sofa bed. Despite the apartment being on Grand Ave, it was very quiet. Loved having the ice cream and pizza parlor downstairs. Staying here had a very warm and comfortable feel. Gary was great to work with and was always available if we needed him. This apartment would be my first choice if we visited the St. Paul area again.

My favorite place to stay in St. Paul

I have stayed at this property two occasions with plans to stay again in the near future. The first time in November 2015 it was 3 individuals staying and the second in January 2016 was two individuals. I have slept on the pull out sofa and a bedroom and found both to be comfortable for a week. For my purposes it is an excellent location. The property is in walking distance to great restaurants and shops, in addition to my law school. The location is about 20 minutes drive from the Minneapolis airport, which adds to the convenience. Inside the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessary tools. The bedrooms include comfortable beds with extra linens. I really like the layout of the apartment that includes a front and back entrance with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the property. Gary is always responsive and willing to help in any way he can. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stay in the St. Paul area.

Great stay in fun St Paul neighborhood

The is a terrific property and Gary is a wonderful host. The apartment is very roomy with an extra sun room. It is on the first floor of a duplex (Gary and wife upstairs.) It is well appointed with large TV, comfortable beds, dining room, and very nice kitchen. It is on a quiet street just off Grand and near shopping and dining. We were there for a family Christmas visit, so I am serious about the shopping and dining. The excellent grocery nearby was a real plus. We saw Gary occasionally as we came and went, and he always asked if there was anything we needed. Our niece lives nearby, so we know we'll be back. Why stay anywhere else?

Great place in a great spot!

Our stay was perfect! Mr. Gary is the NICEST and MOST thoughtful person. We were greeted by a VERY clean and tranquil apartment. There was even a goody basket for us with Grand Old Creamery coupons!

He has though of everything as well. All the amenities you could need are taken care of. Each bedroom has more than enough room, its own closet with extra hangers. The space is perfect and the beds are so comfortable. The bathroom was so clean with extra towels and even a hair dryer and straightener (impressive for a female). The location is prime and it is steps from yoga studios, the best coffee-Caribou and a great little shopping district.

The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal-the works. The washer and dryer were so nice to have to get a load in before you head home.

The apartment is without a doubt is one of the best places we have used on Home away. We actually stayed here before we got married (I forgot how many relatives in town we had at my own home) and it was a perfect place to unwind and relax.

There is nowhere else you should even think about staying in Saint Paul.

If you love ice cream and pizza you are next to the famous Grand Ole Creamery and Pizzeria. Blocks form many private colleges. Also it is a short ride to the Ordway Theater.
