close to miles of white sand beaches for sun, snorkel and swimming. Kihei has so many beaches and this unit is in the heart of the village with a perfect location to walk to everything bars restaurants shops and beaches. If your looking for family fun, the park across the street has it all-volleyball, softball, roller skate rink, skate board runs and kiddie play structures. Charley Young swimming beach 5 min walk with lifeguard station, And the lovely pool and BBQ on the 2nd floor of building has a great patio area for outdoor entertaining. Our wonderful condos overlook Kalama Park with panoramic views of the ocean and Kaho`olawe, Molokini, Lana`i, and the West Maui Mountains. Each evening we enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Wonderful unit and location!

Very comfortable unit with great view. It had everything we needed. Loved the location with beach across the street and food trucks and gardens behind the condo. The owner is very kind and responsive for any needs. Can't wait to come back!!

Great location, nice condo.

Positives: In a central location next to beaches, grocery store, snorkel rental, and many restaurants. Communication with property manager is prompt. Bathroom, kitchen, and flooring is updated. Condo has all amenities including life jackets, beach chairs, and washer / dryer. AC units make it nice and cool. Negatives: Not nicest part of Maui. Condo building is a little dated. Windows are the type where outside noise is pretty loud. Certain things in the condo make it seem “drab” a little paint needed around windows, handwritten notes taped everywhere, cordless phone on the entertainment center, etc. Overall, very good value for the price. I would consider staying here again.

Good location

We enjoyed our time in Kihei and this apartment had a great location. The good: location, lots of food choices around the apartment, surf shops, nice kitchen to cook meals, nice bathrooms, many beaches within walking and short driving distance Important items to know: the furniture and bedrooms are a little outdated and quirky. The beds were extremely hard. Overall we had a good stay, 4.3 stars!

What makes this property unique

Being right across the street from such a great family park with skateboarding, surfing and paddle boarding lessons and a family rollerskating rink and then the on going volleyball games are fun to watch. The park is well lite at night and the sidewalk right along the water is such a nice evening stroll while listening to the surf crash on the wall and then benches to watch the beautiful sunsets, make this a wonderful park.
