About this property

Great family or multi family vacation home which sleeps 10 comfortably. Two livingrooms, both with flat screens and PVRs provide opportunity for adults and kids to have their own space.
The kitchen is well equipped with a variety of pots, pans, casserole and serving dishes. A coffee grinder and programmable coffee maker makes sure that you have some good java before heading to the slopes.
All the beds are comfortable and in great condition including the sofa bed which has a high end mattress.
Enjoy the elevated views of the mountains and the Silver Queen recreation area. You really feel that you are experiencing a winter playground.

RIck the owner was accommodating and very communicative. The house is lovely and the views from the kitchen and dining areas amazing - the mountains, ski hill, town. We will hope to stay in this homey ski house again next year with family. 5 bedrooms really, lots of room.

Cozy ski getaway

The place was in a great location, ski in ski out for cross country and downhill. Place was great for a big group, it was nice to have a separate sleeping rooms and hang out space. Owners were great to communicate with. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic house for ski in/out

Great house in a perfect location. We stayed as two families with 6 kids and the house was perfect. Incredible ski in/out with easy access to the hill. Great views. Hot tub. Well appointed kitchen. Straightforward walk into the ski village. Xc trailsnfrom right outside the house. Pretty much everything you need. Amazing place to stay.

Director Meeting

I didn't actually stay at the rental, but reserved it for our director team. They enjoyed their stay and it accommodated all of them. They were all happy they had their own rooms and enjoyed the hot tub. The owners were a delight in all communications and were quick to reply. We are already planning our next stay in early spring. Thanks again!

We are both teachers with 3 grown children and have enjoyed Vernon and the surrounding area since 1992. We love the opportunity to enjoy all that Silver Star Mountain has to offer. There is nothing like skiing, skating or snowshoeing in the winter and biking and hiking in the summer and it's just a few steps away from Vernon..

Why they chose this property

Vernon and the surrounding area is a recreation mecca. Silver Star provides adventure in both summer and winter and one can enjoy the lakes, golf, and wine touring in the summertime.

Our chalet is perfect for a couple of families or a group of friends to spend their vacation. The 7 bed configuration (3 qn, 3sgl,1dbl sofa )offers a variety of sleeping arrangements.
