Laundry room with full-sized free washer and dryer located on the 1st floor, shared with the downstairs studio guests. If the calendar is open you can book, we keep our calendars up to date. PARKING IS FREE AND VERY EASY!

No dogs allowed unfortunately, but 2 cats are welcome. Please inquire about other pets prior to booking.

We provide enough consumable supplies like TP, Paper Towels, and dishwasher detergent for the first few days and after that the guest is responsible for providing their own.
I will check in with you via the messaging app within the first 24 hours of your arrival and as long as everything is ok will leave you alone to enjoy your stay in peace and privacy.

We are readily available between 6am-6pm and also available after hours only in case of emergency.
South Park is unique, historic, trendy, and small-business oriented. The only chain store or restaurant here is Target Express and 7-11. 99% of guests who have stayed here have loved the neighborhood and location.

All new windows keep it very quiet and comfortable inside.

There is a large fenced-in courtyard with colorful butterflies, hummingbirds, green grass, new patio umbrella, lounge chairs, adirondack chairs and a BBQ (please provide your own propane).

THIS IS A FULL-TIME VACATION RENTAL--THIS IS NOT SOMEWHERE WE LIVE AND RENT OUT OCCASIONALLY ON THE WEEKENDS. THE CLOSET AND CABINETS ARE EMPTY EXCEPT FOR DISHES/POTS/PANS/TOWELS ETC. YOU CAN EXPECT IT TO BE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

10 minute drive to downtown, Petco Park, Convention Center, Gaslamp District, Seaport Village and world famous San Diego Zoo. 10 minutes to beautiful white sand Coronado Beach and the historic Hotel Del Coronado.
South Park is a great walkable community (and lots of people bike around too) but there is also a bus stop just 2 blocks down the street on 30th.

However, we prefer Lyft, uber or car2go, it's fun!
