About this property

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 102 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful de'cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation 102 has the Balcony accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Panel cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 102 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. Check-out maid service included. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6. 102 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Go to bed listening to the waves, wake up to seeing the waves from you bed - doesn't get much better than this! Location is great. Facilities are nice. Could be a little better on the in-units amenities but still a 5 star place. We have 6 units reserved for a family reunion in Oct 2024!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in a great location. Check in was very easy. The home was spotless and had most things you would need for a vacation. Our family enjoyed our stay. The only improvements I would add would be to have a wagon for beach items, beach chairs in working order for adults, and a cooler. Also, plastic plates and cups for dining on the patio would have been nice. But, those are small details. The rest was fantastic!
