Awesome experience!

The property was awesome! There was a heated pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts within walking distance. The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our 12 guests. I was able to text the owner with any questions and they responded quickly. We had an awesome time and will definitely be booking here again!

Relaxing location

Condo was great for our family. The layout is perfect with enough bedrooms and beds and 2 areas to hang out together in. It was clean and very organized. We liked sitting out on the deck. It is conveniently located just down from the pool and pickleball courts but not too close to hear all the noise. We love staying at Ledges. Check in/out was easy and communicated well. Only negative was the too soft beds but I know that is a personal preference. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

12 Man Golf Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Super easy to book. Gave my requirements to Dan, he came back with two condos across the street from each other. Deposit down, final bill a month out, all digital.2. Several emails periodically before & during with info on shipping golf clubs, activities available at the Ledges, request for restaurant reservations, driving instructions, check in codes. No worries at all before arrival.3. Door codes worked, units were clean, kitchens well stocked with plates, pots, utensils, etc. Especially coffee, filters, paper towels, and a full selection of spices. I've been to a few rentals elsewhere that didn't even have salt & pepper, which is annoying.4. Kept informed during the trip with several texts from Ledges HQ; info about the marathon during our stay, phone numbers to call for maintenance, etc.5. Couple of check out texts at departure, all nice and smooth.Second time we've stayed here, great place!

Highly recommend using Ledges Vacation Rentals for your golfing vacations. This is our 3rd visit and first time at Paradise Found, which was as described on their website. Response time to any questions were answered quickly. Rental was clean. Pool and hot tub in walking distance and clean facilities. This vacation rental company does not disappoint.
