Cape Cod Vacation

House was as described and was stocked nicely. Beach was close and nearby bike rental was very handy. House easily accommodated the six adults and four children in our family. I would recommend this property to friends.

GREAT location, clean & spacious!!

This was the IDEAL house for us! It was LARGE enough to fit us all comfortably, which wasn't easy job as there were 16 people between the ages of 9 and 86 traveling out of town for a family wedding! The rooms were SPACIOUS, the house WELL-MAINTAINED and the LOCATION couldn't be beat. We enjoyed family meals, walks to the beach, and great shopping just a few minutes down the road. The owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our stay went off without a hitch. He was quick to respond to questions, offered wonderful suggestions and was a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to a friend or relative and have high hopes of returning myself!

We started with 10 Wharf Ave in 2004, then bought 8 Wharf in 2009 from a neighbor. We purchased 37 Uncle Henry's down the street in 2017. We love being part of big family vacations and reunions and our guests come back year after year.

Our family lives in Connecticut and we have 2 young children that also love to enjoy our homes, the beach, Popponesset Marketplace and Cape Cod in general.
