1511 Retreat Circle

We really enjoyed this property very much. It was so clean, which is important to us. We liked the location because it is away from the busyness of the area yet close enough to access parks, restaurants and shopping. The quietness is also a big plus for us. Great for nice walks in the neighborhood. Felt safe. The only thing that was a small negative was there was a repair on the upstairs porch and the pieces of paint or concrete fell on the screen above the pool and sifted through into the pool area. That was minor tho, my husband found a broom took care of it for the most part. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Clean and quiet... perfect location.

Very modern town home in the very back of a quiet neighborhood. Stayed here for a week during spring break. Pros: -Check in was simple, and staff was very friendly. -House passed my military wife's cleanliness white glove inspection. She was impressed! -VERY CLEAN and comfortable beds. All beds were memory foam mattresses and I've never slept so good in my life! All sheets smelled fresh and clean. -Free arcade games and table tennis at the "other" clubhouse. -No issues with parking. -About 30-40 minutes (realistically) from Universal and Disney. -The little soaking pool was a huge hit with my kids (13,10,8). They played for hours. -Bruno was AWESOME! Thank you so much for all your help during our stay. The fastest response for all our questions. He really is the best. Now for the cons: -Unit is all the way back (ALL THE WAY BACK) in the neighborhood. Takes almost 10 minutes sometimes just to exit the neighborhood. -Clubhouse behind home is still under construction and closed. Not THAT big of a deal, because you can walk about 10 minutes to the other clubhouse, but it will be VERY nice once this one is completed. -Wish there was some more entertainment for the kiddos in the house. Some board games, dvd player, etc... something? Other than that, we had a brilliant time here and were very pleased with this home! I would definitely reccomend this house. Thank you Florida Scandi and Bruno for the amazing time!

Another Great Stay.

The owner is great to work with as we had to adjust our arrival date. This was our 3rd year in a row and I have already told him we will be back next year. Construction is finally winding down and the pool and hot tub were open, right out the back door. The workout room and game room are days away from opening. Convenient to grocery shopping with a fully equipped kitchen. Close enough to lots of restaurants, yet a quiet oasis in the back of a nice residential community. Highly recommended.

Another great stay

This was our second stay in the townhome. Suffice it to say, as we checked out, I booked next year’s stay. There were 1 or 2 minor maintenance issues that came up and the management crew were there same day to take care of them. Everything I said last year is still true regarding the home itself. I’m looking forward to the clubhouse being open for next year’s stay (the builder says it should be done for summer or sooner). Thank you again to Bruno, he is a top Homeaway host.

Very nice new townhome

The place was a nice stay. Condo is new in a still developing area. This is a family owned area, so kids are around playing. I was worried about all the white in the pictures, but the material was kid friendly and no issues. Owner was very easy to work with and accommodating requests.
