Timbernest Blue Spruce Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that’s perfect for small families or groups of up to four people. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate dining area with seating for four at the table and another two at the breakfast bar.

Great condo great location

This place was even better than what we were expecting. Very clean, very comfortable and awesome location. Stones throw to town and peak 9 lifts.

Great BRECK Vacation

I thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was a great location for access to the lifts and town. I parked my car Sunday afternoon and didn’t need to use it all week. The unit was well equipped and clean. I hope to return next year.

Nice Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo with a cozy, warm fireplace. Nice to have a ski locker on the main level. I would stay here again if I want to be close to Quicksilver lift. At first the walk was intimidating but it isn't far at all.

Great Location!

Location is an easy walk to the Quicksilver lift and downtown area of Breckenridge. Left the car parked the entire time. Overall condo was perfect for our small group and had all the amenities we needed
