Photos and Description of this Rione V Ponte holiday apartment

One room studio Apartment, 35 Sq Mt, like a hotel room

The apartment is nicely furnished, is like an hotel room but with the taste of an old Roman room. Wooden ceiling painted white. The apartment is at the first floor and has no view. The three windows with curtains looks in a courtyard. But for this reason is quiet. A little kitchen with all you need for cooking and for breakfast. Satellite TV and air conditioning, WI-FI is provided. Nice restaurants all around!

Perfect apartment

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely loved this property! Edoardo was so helpful providing restaurant recommendations and directing us there. The apartment is in a great location and has a welcoming, homely feel to it.

There's plenty of space for a couple and it has everything you need for a city break.

I would highly recommended staying here!!

Thanks Edoardo!

Cozy, tastefully appointed, quiet, and centrally located with a wonderful host

  • 4 of 5

Thanks to the kind of accommodation that met our needs that we (my husband and I) had in the center of town and to the extremely hospitable host Edoardo, we could make the best of our time in Rome. We made this suite our headquarters and made a few one-day trips to Siena and Ostia Antica in addition to the usual tours of the Colosseum, Hadrian's Villa, etc. Each tourist's needs are different, so I will hesitate to recommend what worked for me to everyone. But, if I returned to Rome, most likely,, I will book this same property. A couple of things I wish were better were: At least a bowl or two in the kitchen, a couple of tea spoons (none provided). The bathroom door did not close fully which Edoardo is fixing as we speak. He also will be addressing the other two issues. He is very responsive. Though the place is quiet, two things surprised me: water gushing down pipes coming down from upstairs flat which did not happen late at night and some banging which also was short lived and did not occur late at night. The so called courtyard in the back could be an eye sore. Some planters might make it look nice. Lovely, large windows with drapes and shutters that can open out though because of the location not much natural light pours in. It is a cozy place which is tastefully appointed. The armoire if turned around to face the bed could create two separate spaces: dining and sleep area. Watching TV from bed will also provide a better angle this way. Also, though there is a washing machine in the bathroom and a drying rack, do not plan on washing a big load. Drying will be a problem. In summer, it may be different. Before you leave home, make sure to get in touch with Edoardo so you know what to expect and what not to and surprises are minimal. Edoardo a real gentleman host. Ciao!

Our stay at Rome

  • 5 of 5

Our staying was perfect. The appartment was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Edoardo is a great host, he gave us a list of different restaurants and a map of Rome. The location is perfect also, we were walking distance from most attractions. The place was very clean, and we had everything we needed.

I will definitely recommend the property and would go back every time I go to Rome.

Warm and cosy!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Rome for 5 days and it was wonderful. The location of the apartment made everything easy for us. It is the best location and you can go to all the famous sites in the city by walking. The place was very clean and warm. Eduardo was kind enough to warm the apartment for us before our arrival. He also had left some water and beverages in the fridge for us to use. He was very helpful as he guided us with various instructions on trattorias and best pizza. We tried some of his advice and we didn't regret! Thanks for helping with everything Eduardo. We really had a great time! I would def recommend this cosy place to friends if ever wanted to visit rome. Good price and best location!

The apartment has the best location in all of Rome! Everything is walking distance and the near surroundings are very awesome!

Th host, Edoardo, is super friendly and helpful, he gives you the best suggestions on things to see and places to eat.

I would highly recommend this flat to any couple visiting Rome - it is not expensive, has a great location and is beautifully equipped with all the things one might need during traveling. 5/5
