About this property

Located between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Beach Club is the tallest building in Broward County and home to some of the most luxurious oceanfront condos in South Florida.

This tower allows short-term rentals, requiring a thirty-day minimum for rentals, and includes a two-story, forty thousand square foot gym overlooking the ocean, expansive men’s and women’s spas and much more. It even includes an outdoor restaurant.

The space

All rooms have TV. Cable, electricity and internet included.

Second bedroom is a converted den with door, it has 2 single beds, full bathroom and closet but no window.

All utilities included. One (1) assigned and covered parking space. Additional charge for the use of Valet.

You will need to apply at Master Association in order to have access to it.You also have to apply at Tower's Association (I will provide documents, process is simple and includes your background check and picture I.D.'s in order to have access to all amenities.) Additional charges apply.

Umbrellas and chairs at the beach are available for your use on a first come first serve basis.

Close to nearby attractions, the Beach Club Hallandale is close to shopping and popular restaurants. Gulfstream Park and the Gulfstream Racetrack are just a few miles away. Also close is the Aventura Mall, the Bal Harbour Mall, and other popular shopping and nightlife destinations in Sunny Isles Beach, South Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

Fabulous location in an impressive building

Beautiful and very secure building right on the beach. The condo was spacious and clean. As a beach lover, I appreciated the beach attendant staff - there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The condo also had very nice beach chairs in the guest room closet. The pools, spa and gym were also fantastic. Great security within the building - you need an access card to enter through any exterior door and to access the elevator. Inside the condo - the beds were comfortable, with plenty of clean sheets, blankets and towels. There was enough kitchen items for basic cooking, but nothing fancy or high end. It would have been nice to have a lounge chair or two on the large patio to enjoy the beautiful view. The best part of the property is the property manager, Bianca. She was in constant communication during the pre-approval process, when checking in, and throughout my stay.

Best place in town

You cannot go wrong with this one. This apartment is in one of the most exclusive buildings in the area. Because of this, the process to get everything ready is a bit lengthy, and it feels like you would be moving in for a long time. But it is totally worth it. Bianca is a super host and she made the process as smooth as possible. We will come back as soon as we can!

Great Ocean View

Overall our stay was wonderful. The condo has wonderful views of the ocean and pool. Building has great amenities, including an adult only pool, several family pools, on-site spa, beach chair and umbrella service. Security is great, all the staff members were friendly. I am a "clean freak" and upon further inspection of the unit, it could be cleaned and organized better. Especially when they are charging a $300.00 cleaning fee. The communication with the property manager, Bianca was great. She was responsive and attentive to our needs. She even checked in with me on several occasions to see how our stay was going. I would highly recommend the property.
