About this property

My dream can be your dream now! I purchased this very private unit in an exclusive gate-guarded community. The unit has been refitted with new furniture, appliances, artwork, bedding, and linens. This is a jewel of a ski retreat. The Arrowhead Ski Lift is literally 100 steps away and yet because of my unique location it is extremely private. From Arrowhead you are able to ski the entire Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch resort.

After skiing you can choose to relax in our year-round pool or hot tub. Or if you prefer use your own private jetted tub.

I'm an amateur chefs and a former restauranteur so the kitchen is fully stocked. Full size washing machine and dryer!

But let's be honest, one of the real reasons I love this area is the food. There are numerous fabulous restaurants literally minutes away. The fantastic Vista restaurant is just across the street.

Year around you can enjoy the valley and all it has to offer. How lucky can you be??!! Mountain biking, road biking, skiing, hiking, fine dining, and shopping! All at your fingertips. I have travelled the world and I kept coming back for a reason. And I haven't even mentioned the people here, friendliest on earth.

UPDATE: Remodeled with hardwood floors and ceiling lights. New kitchen countertops installed. Both bathrooms new flooring, countertops and sinks. You will be spoiled!

Look no further in Beaver Creek

This is an optimal property for skiing at Beaver Creek. The ski locker in the building is very private with probably 12 total lockers and is conveniently a mere few steps to the Arrowhead lift. The unit is beautiful & cozy with all your kitchen needs. Shawnee the owner is 5 star responsive and went out of her way to accommodate our Walmart grocery order the day before arrival that helped a dad traveling with kids while my wife was on a senior trip with our daughter. Do yourself a favor and book now….no reason to continue your search!!! Thank you again Shawnee for opening your beautiful place to our family!!!

Fabulous experience

This was our first time in Beaver Creek, and we were thrilled to find this condo as our home base. It is 350 feet to the slopes, and the place to rent skis and get lift tickets is right there at slopes. Perfect location!! There cherry on top was that Shawnee was such a kind and helpful host. She was proactive in texting me about the road conditions the day we flew in. You never know what you will get with individual rentals, but this condo was stocked with lots of helpful amenities and details! Aveda hair products, coffee and tea, even a stash of hot hands! They even provided some bubbling water and Prosecco as a welcome gift. I am telling all my friends because this was truly a great experience in every way.

Why they chose this property

This property is the best of all worlds. I love to eat and play hard. Sure I thought about Vail village directly, but I'm not into that kind of scene. Arrowhead feels more like an exclusive, private resort. No crowds, easy access to all the best restaurants and Eagle airport. In Vail you always hear the I-70 nearby. That's not vacation! Oh and the people? THE nicest. I felt at home here instantly. I'm very lucky I found this place. Very blessed.
