About this property

Super cozy country house with easy access, only 200 mts from the asphalt and 15 min from the center of Ibiuna.
In the middle of the green, ideal for those who really want to rest without having to worry about noises. Accommodates family with children and pet friendly.
Ample space for events and parties !!! The same hotdog 1suite, 2 bedrooms with two bunk beds each, extra mattresses, kitchen, dining room, TV room, 1 ensuite bathroom, 2 half baths ext.
Wide leisure area with barbecue, wood stove, pool table, ballroom, mini field, playground, kiosk, outside the locker room of 7x10 pool with background 1.70, 1.60 and shallow little beach, waterfall, hydro and LED lights in the same capacity to sleep up to 20 people.
We also have lounger, 5 tables of plastic with 4 chairs each, and umbrella. Beach chairs, 2 wooden tables with benches and chairs.

Perfeita!

Chacara muito boa, em todos os aspectos Mas o que nos conquistou foi o tamanho da area externa, piscina grande area da churrasqueira muito boa, parquinho para as crianças e quiosque com jogos. Passamos dias muito agradaveis e fizemos uso de tudooo, inclusive do forno de pizza! Fomos em 20 pessoas e acomodou muito bem todos nós (e ainda sobrou colchoes). O contato com a Thaina foi otimo, sempre muito solicita e atenciosa. Voltaremos em breve.

Excelente final de semana

O local é de fácil acesso, de acordo com o anúncio, muito agradável e bonito. Fomos em 19 pessoas e nos acomodamos muito bem nos 3 quartos. Fomos recebidos pelo caseiro e a Thainá esta sempre disponível pelo watts app em caso de alguma necessidade. Pretendemos voltar!!!

Tudo perfeito

Excelente estrutura, proprietária super atenciosa, piscina espetacular, quartos excelentes e camas e colchões em excelente estado de limpeza e conservação. Não faltaram atividades para as crianças, mesmo com alguns períodos de chuva.
