About the property

This lovely, modern and large 55m2 one bedroom apartment on the fourth floor is ideal for a romantic holiday. You wake up to the calm of the large garden of the residence and the sun rising over the water. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all open onto the 17m2 terrace where there is a large table and lounge furniture to enjoy the beautiful views of the marina, Antibes old town and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment is perfectly located with a 10 minute walk to the centre of Antibes and about 15 minute walk to the closest beach or you can also enjoy the large 25m pool in the residence.

Antibes is one of the prettiest historic towns on the French Riviera with its with narrow cobble-stoned streets, large city walls, and the aura of “Picasso once lived here”. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, small shops and a daily farmer's market. Antibes is right on the Mediterranean so you have all the beaches and water activities that you can imagine within a short walk. We also love the nearby mountains from 1 to 2 hours away you can do all manner of mountain activities including hiking, skiing, canyoning all depending on the season.

This is our home away from home. We hope to make it as comfortable for our guests as it is for ourselves when we visit. We have lived in Antibes for many years and upon leaving decided we needed to buy this apartment so we would always have a place to come back to and hopefully our guests will feel the same way.

Incredible View

Everything about this apartment was even better than described. The view of the Marina is breathtaking, and we loved keeping an eye on which mega-yachts were in port!! The balcony runs the length of the unit, so it is basically three extra outdoor rooms beyond the indoor space. The bed is very comfy, the shower is superb, and the galley kitchen has everything you need! We're now hooked on a Nespresso machine!! We loved shopping at the local shops, as well as the markets throughout Old Antibes. And the restaurants that were recommended by Ruud and Elle were delightful. All in all, we loved our 2 weeks in your beautiful apartment, Natalie and Thomas!! Thank you so much for sharing ZenAzur!!

Lovely apartment with fantastic view of Antibes

This is a beautiful apartment in a secure, well maintained building. Overlooks a manicured garden and the Mediterranean Sea. You can easily walk to the train/bus station and to the charming old town of Antibes. Professionally managed and well equipped. We hope to return!

A nice apartment in a wonderful area.

It was a very nice apartment, well aquipped, clean and spacious. The garden is beautiful and has a big pool.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was just a short walk down to the town centre, which is very nice with Piccasso museum, the market, nice restaurants and cafés.

Just perfect! Garage parking, secure building, large pool, beautiful garden, fast elevator, washer & dryer, bathtub, wifi, satellite cable, free telephone for landline calls abroad, storage areas, electric window blinds, fully stocked kitchen, huge balcony... A luxury apartment worth every penny. I highly recommend!

Great apartment

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks in June. It is well appointed and spacious for 2 people, and situated in a quiet residential area about 5 mins from shops etc. It has lovely views over the town and is an excellent base for a holiday in the South of France. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. A huge balcony which looks over the marina & the town. Each room of the apartment also shares these views.

The apartment is modern & only a relatively short walk to the town.

You also have quick access to the tollways which allows those with cars to quickly move between the towns & sights.
