Hiking, fishing, kayaking, and swimming are all conveniently available. Vista Grande comfortably sleeps 6. A large stone gas fireplace provides warmth for cozy and/or romantic evenings and a fire pit out back is perfect for roasting hot dogs, making s'mores, or just relaxing after days end to share stories and good times... and, when not hiking, kayaking, or relaxing be sure to enjoy a game of corn hole on the custom made corn hole boards!! Nice little cabin, well located, super friendly host

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect, from communication to the stay itself. Beds are very comfortable. It's exactly as listed. The instructions were very clear and helpful. Next Walmart is about 16 minutes by car. The kitchen is well equipped, the view is astonishing. Heating works perfectly, it gets warm very fast. If the weather allows you, you can even make a campfire. Highly recommended!

Fabulous view

We spent three days exploring Shenandoah national park and this was our home base. Becky and David were very responsive to out text. Everything went as we expected. The main reason we choice this property was for the view- it didn’t Disappoint!

We are an outgoing, friendly couple who enjoy outdoor activities and fun on the river! We love hosting others and sharing the beauty of Luray and all that this area offers! Together we are business owners (Adventures Await) in addition to working as a general contractor (David) and flight attendant (Becky). We enjoy time with family, love being grandparents and although we do enjoy traveling, living near the beautiful Shenandoah River and among the beauty of the George Washington National forest makes every day feel like a vacation!
