Large 22 x 40 heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool house with wet bar and half bath, ample patio furniture for lounging and dining.

Main House: 5 bedroom/4 bath. 1st floor: foyer, living room with fireplace, den, dining, kitchen, french doors to covered porch seating, bedroom, full bath, outdoor shower. 2nd floor: sitting area with fireplace opens to deck with distant water views, 2 bedrooms share hall bath, master bedroom and bath, laundry. Lower level, rec/theater room, bedroom and full bath.

Guest House: 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath. 1st floor has open living/kitchen/dining, bedroom, full bath, laundry, front porch and rear deck, large back yard with outdoor shower, brick patio seating, horse shoe pit, 2nd floor is a large master suite with full bath with double shower and water views.

Ideally located off bike path to 'Sconset and Town. Sparsely populated beaches can be found at the end of Tom Nevers Road (less than a mile) for beach picnics and evening cocktails. Walking accessible in neighborhood and adjacent conservation land.

Private oasis

We absolutely loved this property. Exceptionally private, a tremendous amount of indoor and outdoor space, meticulously maintained grounds, and a resort-like feel that provided a welcomed alternative to the beach. We will be back.

great for family get together.

My wife and I had our 3 adult children, their spouses and 6 grandchildren. The property worked out great. There was a lot of space, the pool was great, and the property was beautiful. We like to enjoy dinner together and the kitchen was well set up. We all had a great week.

Amazing!

The property was everything we had hoped! We spent most of the time in pool which was great. Lots of space for our entire group and the grounds are beautiful. Dawn was extremely responsive with any questions we might have had. Hoping to go back next year!

Great family escape!

This property has it all! Impeccably maintained and it has everything you want for a great vacation. Diane is incredibly responsive and has thought of everything to make your time at Nevermoor a truly special experience. Every little detail is thought out. Both houses are very private and feel like home and the property is stunning. We can't wait to go back!

We had lived in many regions of the country before settling in New England. We fell in love with Nantucket in 1990 and bought our first property in 1995. We bought "Nevermoor" in 2007 and have continued to develop the four acres into what we consider a haven on a treasured island. We love sharing it with our family, friends and guests.

Why they chose this property

Four acres of privacy with an estate compound feel. Once on the property you feel you've arrived at a private resort.

What makes this property unique

Close proximity to the ocean, Sconset and town. We lived on the harbor side of the island previously, but truly prefer the Southeast quadrant. Besides it's proximity to town, Sconset and beaches, there are no mosquitoes and very rarely any flying insects! There's a micro climate in Tom Nevers that few talk about but we as homeowners will brag about.
