Casa grande e bem localizada na Prainha.

Casa agradável, bem localizada e muito próxima a praia. Natasha, a holster, super disponível e acessível. Quartos são muito bons, espaçosos, com boas camas e as áreas comuns agradáveis, churrasqueiras, e deck da varanda. Porém dois dos quartos ficam fora da casa, numa edícula, com uma cobertura de vidro até eles. Mas se houver muita chuva, você pode se molhar um pouco. A casa também necessita de manutenção. Tivemos problemas de goteiras na sala de jantar, e mal odor vindos do banheiro do térreo e do armário da pia da cozinha. A parede de um dos quartos dos fundos apresentava bolor. Também não oferecem acessórios para a praia, como cadeiras e guarda sol.

Superou as expectativas

Fomos com a família (varios casais e alguns filhos) passar um fim de semana. De início o contato prévio da Natasha e da Márcia foi ótimo, sempre atenciosas e respondendo às questões. Chegando ao local nos surpreendemos com o imóvel, amplo, bem distribuído nos quartos e com uma ampla sala para a família. A quantidade de utensílios disponíveis na cozinha eh um ponto extra. Netflix para a criançada foi uma ótima jogada. Em relação aos quartos todos com AC funcionado e camas muito boas de dormir. Recomendo as todos que tenham a ótima experiência que tivemos nesta maravilhosa estadia.
