About Beth Strickland
We are in our early sixties and enjoy coming to Highlands. We manage our vacation properties and try to keep them as we would like them to be when we are the guest. We grew up in Gainesville,Ga and Athens,Ga. We are in Highlands most of the Summer.
Beth Strickland purchased this House in 2004
Why Beth Strickland chose Highlands
This cottage was built in the early nineties and it is not as old as some we looked at purchasing. We love the close proximity to town, just over a mile to Main St. The Creek just off the sunroom is very soothing to listen to while enjoying a good book or a meal. The cottage sits on an acre and third ,so you feel private but close to town. We love the open concept in the Greatroom with the Catheral Ceiling and Skylights.
What makes this House unique
New HVAC system in July 2012. Open Kitchen to Living room and sunroom. WIFI. Electronic Door Lock. Very close to town, but private also! Close to Dusty's Grocery Store. Soothing Creek and Sunporch
