We would love for you to enjoy this wonderful little home, built in 1904 located in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs. It has been completely restored with all the modern-day amenities but retains old-world charm with its high ceilings, original woodwork and crown molding. It is tastefully furnished and includes everything that anyone could need to feel right at home. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with spices, basic food items, and condiments. Gorgeous bamboo wood floors throughout the house make for a very clean environment. The property includes a detached two-car garage which is accessed from the alley with walkout into the privacy-fenced backyard with towering shade trees. A sidewalk from the garage leads to the back door of the house where you will find a great patio area with a new Propane BBQ grill ready for your use.

This little gem is perfect for an individual or couple for extended stays or romantic getaways. It is very cozy and comfortable. No attention to detail has been missed. Cozy Time at the Mini

Sweet, cozy place to stay close to hospital if anyone needs to be close to a loved one in the hospital. In the wonderful quaint old town. Owner very gracious and a top notch experience!

Quaint, clean and well equipped cottage

Very comfortable for 2 people, with everything you need and everything worked well. Friendly neighbors. Carrie was engaged and helpful. It’s a relatively long walk to downtown (we always drove) and there is a really good coffee place within easy walking distance.

This cute cottage had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It was very conveniently located to all the activities we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Colorado Springs weekend

Perfectly situated location to get to downtown and historic Colorado Springs in minutes. Memorial Park is nearby for all sorts of activities if you take time off from shopping and the mountains! Late afternoon in the backyard with our faces in the sun reading a book was a nice way to end the day. The host was very responsive for any and all questions or requests.

Both my husband and I are Colorado Springs natives and are very excited about sharing our little gem with you. Our city and the surrounding area have so much to offer; you will never run out of fun things to do, see, and explore. A simple drive in the mountains or through Garden of the Gods never fails to rejuvenate our spirits.

Why they chose this property

We acquired this charming mini-Victorian, in early 2017, from a wonderful couple that had owned and operated it as a vacation rental since 2009. We fell in love with it the second we walked in the front door and knew right away we had to carry on the tradition of providing visitors with a clean, quaint, cozy, home away from home.

What makes this property unique

We are located in a lovely, quiet, established neighborhood just a few blocks east of the downtown area. Walk to your choice of outside cafes, many fine dining establishments, museums, parks, charming boutiques, nightclubs, the Penrose Library, the Fine Art Center, and the Pikes Peak Center. Fifty Fifty Coffee House is just three blocks away for great coffee drinks (the coffee is roasted next door at Switchback Roasters), breakfast sandwiches, organic pastries and gluten free foods. If you haven't already noticed, this truly is a charming neighborhood.
