About this property

White Mountains-Stinson Lake--Winter Rates- Beautiful Wedding Venue

Eagle Point at Stinson Lake is a perfectly located 135 acre property with 350 feet of shore frontage on beautiful and pristine Stinson Lake. A serene and gorgeous setting. Stinson Lake remains one of the cleanest lakes in New Hampshire with commanding mountain views. The lake is the largest body of water at the highest elevation in the White Mountain National Forest. Our private beach, shared by Eagle Point guests, is located in a small, sandy cove. The waterfront offers your family and friends the opportunity for swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, wind surfing or just relaxing in the warm sun.

Eagle Point at Stinson Lake is the perfect location for a unique and special Wedding. Find us on Wedding Wire: https://www.weddingwire.com/biz/eagle-point-at-stinson-lake/d5eab45324c25b0f.html

Eagle Point's Lake House - https://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p4269877 - has proven tremendously popular. Now, join us at the Eagle House, with a similar eye toward family vacationers.

The Eagle House can accommodate 10-12 guests in 7 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There is a full open concept kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The dining area flows right from the kitchen and leads to a wonderful living room area with flat screen TV. A great space for relaxing and visiting or watching a movie. Sliders lead both from the dining area and living room out to the very large and comfortable southern facing outdoor deck with BBQ grill. All facing the signature double ringed fire pit.

There are 2 large bedrooms with 2 king size beds on the first floor. While the second floor consists of 5 bedrooms that contain 2 queen beds and 4 single beds. There is also a large and sunny sitting area for relaxing on the second floor. We provide clean linens and bath towels. Bring along your own beach towels.

Enjoy an adventure hiking Stinson Mountain, Carr Mountain or the Three Ponds Trail (with picturesque waterfalls). Stinson Lake is well stocked and provides excellent fishing opportunities. Wildlife includes, moose, deer, bear, loon, bald eagles, osprey, kingfishers, heron and much, much more.

Or spend the day swimming or just relaxing at Eagle Point's private beach. A short 4 minute walk from the base of our driveway, on a beautiful forest trail, leads you down about 125 feet in elevation to our sandy beach nestled in a small cove with wonderful mountain views across the lake - trail is not suitable for elderly. Bring along a boat and gear and you can go kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, wind surfing or water skiing. Amazing sunrises and sunsets await from the west facing shore or from the lake as you paddle or cruise the waters.

After your daily adventures, come back to the Eagle House and relax on the outdoor deck while preparing dinner on the outdoor grill. Then star gaze by one of the fire pits either at the Lake or at Eagle House with s'mores, campfire stories and a toast. The adventures and stories will last all week but the memories will last a lifetime!

Awesome! We went to Sled Adventures and Ice Castles. Also went sledding on property. Host was wonderful. He met us on arrival and had to wait for us because we were lost on his road. He was very helpful and kind!

Great respite away from it all
Beautiful property perched on a hill, overlooking snowcapped mountains and the lake. 10 people loved it - adults, kids under 10, kids under 2. The house had everything we needed, plenty of bedrooms in which to spread out. Lots of room outside for the kids to roam. A wonderful walk around the lake. Plenty of hiking in the area. We loved it. We'll be back.

Fabulous views and tranquility
Eagle Point is a beautiful location- tranquil, quiet, with gorgeous views, and plenty of outdoor space to explore. Our host Peter was amazing, providing tons of information and recommendations for activities, restaurants, and places of interest. The house was spacious enough for our 4 generation family, ages 1 1/2 to 87. From the mist rising off the lake in the mornings to the chirping sounds at sunset, the property promoted rest and relaxation. While the property is technically lakefront, the property is so expansive that the water is a good distance away. The trip down to the lake itself was a bit treacherous for the last 200 feet, but the beach and the water are so clean and calm, it was worth the trip. Do bring your own beach towels! And order the firewood- we ended every day with drinks at the fire pit (after the toddlers all went down) watching the sun go down across the lake. It was a wonderful family vacation!
