Secluded, unique historic school house in quiet pastoral setting on a private lane. Minutes from village amenities of Rexton, Richibucto and Bouctouche that offer friendly residents and east coast charm! Beautiful views of the Dunes of Kouchibouguac National Park.

Less than an hour drive from Moncton International Airport. Conveniently located for day trips to PEI and Fundy National Park. Moments away from Richibucto River Wine Estates, La Dune De Bouctouche and many other local attractions.

Magnifique

Un lieu magnifique... peut-être un peu tôt en juillet pour profiter de l'extérieur... les mosquitos étaient voraces. Mais la maison et son petit chalet... juste parfait pour diviser le groupe et avoir du répit occasionnellement. La décoration est sublime, très propre, très bien équipé.

Exceptional Cottage!

Beautiful cottage renovated to original historical condition with all modern amenities. Beds were super comfortable and cozy. Grateful for the added feature of the outdoor fire stove to keep mosquitoes at bay.
