As water lovers ourselves, we always wanted to own a house on or near the water. Buying and renovating this house has made it possible to get closer to our dream. We renovated this house with the intention to one day live there and hopefully we will be able to do it soon. For the mean time, we hope that our guests love and enjoy this house as much as we do.

Why Jim Larsen chose Milford
We were looking for a home in a seaside area. We wanted a community that had both charm and easy water access. We found it in the Point Beach area of Milford. Very friendly neighbors, beautiful views and just a pleasant, safe area. We knew as soon as we could find a house, this is where we wanted to be.
What makes this House unique
When we found this house, we saw all the potential that it had. We took it down to the studs and added elements that was part of the dream. We splurged on certain parts to make it more fabulous including the amazing front door, the lower and upper porches, the granite counter tops, hardwood floors and just the overall flow of the house.
