Enjoy the tranquility of this peaceful turn of the century Victorian Farmhouse affectionately; "The Queen". Lovely setting/ample space; just a short 4 min. drive to historic downtown Petaluma. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy beds, large kitchen, and the space. Perfect spot for a get together or as a home base to explore Sonoma & Marin County! A short drive to the wine regions of Petaluma, Napa/Sonoma, Healdsburg and the scenic West Coast beaches. San Francisco is an easy 45 minute day trip. Note: the home is Not appropriate for Children Under 8 Years Old.

We loved this home

This property worked out perfect for us as we were visiting friends close by. We had our plus ninty parents with us and the downstairs master suite worked out perfect for them. The home was exceptionally clean. Not a spec of dust anywhere. Very well appointed kitchen with everything you need. The bottle of wine was a nice touch along with the coffee beans provided. The host was very easy to communicate with and was there if you needed any questions answered. I do need to mention the stairs are very steep to the upstairs. We managed fine but could be difficult for elderly. We have vrbo listings of our own so it is always nice to share with another vrbo owner. This home is very well kept and all the beautiful antique furniture gives it the old farmhouse charm. We do hope to be back and will refer other friends and family to this amazing home. Thank you for sharing your home with us. This made our trip to our old family ranch on Liberty Road an amazing time being so close to all we had planned. Thank you!!!!

Perfect Location for a Wine Country Visit

Our group was 3 couples looking for a nice place to stay while visiting friends in Petaluma. The property was spacious and secluded. It was quiet and had all the amenities we needed. The property manager was efficient and helpful. The old world charm was evident throughout the house. There is a caretaker that lives on the grounds but you hardly ever saw them. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful setting

My quilting group had a relaxing time at this property. The home has many different areas which worked well to spread out and work on our various projects. It has a large dining table and another table in the kitchen. It is set back from the road making for a quiet settling. Will definitely be back.
