About this property

Great house in Zephyr Cove neighborhood with little lake views!! Lots of room to spread out in this house including a full downstairs, a back yard, two decks, a gas grill, all in a nice neighborhood. See amazing sunsets in July and August. This house is very close to Heavenly Village (<10 min drive), we have three of the nicest beach on the lake in Round Hill, Nevada Beach and Zephyr Cove beach all less than 3 miles drive. You can walk to two nice restaurant/bars, yet the house is just out of the busy casino downtown so that you can have the peace and quiet and take in the beauty of the sierra mountains.

Our stay was excellent!

Stayed with my husband and our two adult children and their spouses. The floor plan was perfect for 3 couples, the kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was comfortable. Balcony was lovely. The driveway was easily accessible, unlike many others in the area. Portable a/c units in bedrooms were needed and appreciated. Owner was easy to communicate with, and let us check in a little early. No problems with the property at all!

A Home in the Snow...

This is a great house situated close to everything in and around South Lake Tahoe. Kitchen is well furnished, the beds are comfortable, and the fenced backyard is great for a dog. Even though there was over 6 feet of snow covering the front and back yards, we still enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Winter Getaway

We loved staying at the property and the care and communication from the owner. It shows that they care. The rooms are great, warm, well equipped kitchen. We loved the hot shower and water pressure after a cold day of skiing. The only thing at all for me that is out of anyone's control is that the house is located on top of a hill (and therefore has beautiful views), but it's not easy to go for walks in the woods. You'd have to drive out of the neighborhood. But that said, if you aren't with someone who stays behind in the house and can't drive anywhere while you are off skiing, then it's not a problem at all.

Fantastic Property

This property is a gem! The Zephyr Cove location is hard to beat. The neighborhood is beautiful. The property manager was more than available to answer questions and even to make suggestions with regards to activities, dining, etc. We had a family group of six with ages ranging from 4 to 78. The property was perfect for such a group. We will certainly come right back to his property on our next trip to Tahoe!
