LUXURY ROTATING 2 BDRM CONDO OVERLOOKING THE NATIONAL PARK BEACH!
Having grown up in Cavendish every summer since he was a boy, Steve Arnold's love of the area and family brought him back after living in Montreal, Toronto, and Sydney Australia. It was in Australia that he met Mr. Luke Everingham, owner/builder of the original Everingham Rotating House and decided that he wanted to build a similer house on the North Shore of PEI overlooking the beach. in 2013 Steve & his wife Stephanie completed the rotating 2 level, 5000 sq ft Deltec home which features four self-contained luxury condos on the ground floor available for short or long term rental.
Steve purchased this Condo in 2012

Great Off-Season Experience!
Our stay with Steve at his rotating condo overlooking the water was awesome. Steve gave us some great suggestions on things to see and do in the area.
The condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed!
Outstanding PEI Accomodation
"Around the Sea" is outstanding accomodation for a visit of any length. While unique as the circular property rotates the suites are well laid out, fully furnished and tastefully done. The bed is very comfortable with excellent bedding and the bathroom is large, first class and outfitted with quality materials. The owners are always available to respond to questions. If staying for a length of time you need to consider off-site laundry as the suite does not have a washer/dryer. The residence is close to good restaurants, coop grocery store, gas station and anything else you would need. A first class accomodation and if back in this area of PEI it would be our first place to stay.
Thank you Elaine! I'm so happy that you enjoyed your stay and we would love to host you again if/when you come back to PEI.
We do have two portable washing machines available that can be attached to the kitchen sink as well as drying racks, however they do take up a bit of space on your condo floor. Most prefer to use one of the 3 laundromats close by where you can do some laundry & poke around the shops while you are waiting...
We all had a great time. We will stay here another time.
Steve greeted us, as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed the lovely gift basket with local homemade goods.
The accommodations were very nice with a million dollar view!!!
Well, rounded vacation!
We stayed at the rotating house with our friends. We each rented our own condo. On arrival we were immediately met by our host, Steve. He was extremely thoughtful in giving us tips on restaurants and touring the island. He also provided us with things needed such as lobster pot and tools. He ensured that everyone got their fair share of the beautiful water views. The ability of the home to rotate is truly fascinating. The condo was definitely 5 star with all amenities. It was immaculately clean. The location is excellent. Very quiet and a close walk to a lovely beach. Restaurants, grocery, bakery and an amazing fish store are within walking distance. We rarely return to the same place but will make an exception with this home. We would love to take our family in the near future.
Our 2nd Wonderful stay
From the moment we arrived we knew why we had returned. It is a very cosy and well equipped suite. We appreciated the Welcome Basket filled with Island delights. The King size bed was just what we needed for a good nights sleep after busy days enjoying the Island. Being close to beach was great. We have enjoyed staying here in late November when the snow was blowing and also now in the Spring when ice was still around the coves, the suite was always cosy to come back too. Steve is a responsible host and ensures that you have everything you need. We look forward to returning some time soon
Worth the trip even in rainy weather!
My husband and I loved this place, with its guaranteed view of the red cliffs, its modern decor, handy kitchen, luxurious shower, and fascinating engineering and architecture.
Steve is a wonderful host. The place is as described and I would certainly recommend it.
Around the Sea overlooks PEI's Provincial Park Beach and North Rustico town beach and is just minutes from the Village of North Rustico's restaurants, shops, lobster dinners, fish markets, deep sea fishing, kayaking and the boardwalk.
Unlike many resort areas in PEI, North Rustico is open all year long and has a grocery store, restaurants, a liquor/beer store, hardware store, gas station, bank, coffee shops, and much more.
Around the Sea is only a 10 minute drive from the heart of Cavendish where you can visit Green Gables, The Cavendish Boardwalk, Sandspit, Avonlea Village, Cavendish Golf Course, Shining Waters, & more.
