Town home is off 12th Avenue, straight to Powder Mountain, Snow Basin & Nordic Valley. Close to bike trails and whatever interests may bring you to Ogden.

This comfy 3 level home, situated at the base of the Wasatch mountains is perfect for families interested in all the fun and activities Ogden and the surrounding areas can enjoy.

The top floor has private master bedroom with queen (real) bed and a 2nd bedroom with a full (real) bed. A full bathroom is on this floor, which serves both bedrooms. Main floor has the open concept kitchen and main living space. Cozy up to the TV with a warm, electric fireplace for winter ambiance. Basement level has a spacious private bedroom with full bed and private bath. The living room has a futon that fits up to a 5'6" adult. Linens are provided for all beds and sofa beds.

The kitchen has beautiful oak cabinets and full size appliances for your use. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bake ware and more. However, if skiing and a quick bite is your cup of tea, fast food central is all along 12th Street right up to the mountain. Panda Inn, Carl’s Jr (dangerously across the street), Arby’s, Burger King, McDonalds, Village Inn, etc. Or if you want to shop to cook, there’s a Walmart just about 4 blocks around the corner or a Winco foods even closer (but they only take cash or debit cards).

Ogden has a quaint, old town shopping area on 24th St., great for meandering and catching a few dining options. Easy and free parking at Union Station and across the street, you’re there. Or, certainly, there is parking on the street.

Zip zip zip, JUST 12 MILES! up the road and you are at Snow Basin where they held the winter Olympics! Zip zip zip, the same road up, you can easily reach Powder Mountain or Wolf Canyon to ski to your hearts delight.

This quiet unit condo is equipped to safely secure your ski gear on a private deck. WIFI & WIFI enabled TV's in the living room and master bedroom featuring ROKU devices with SlingTV, Netflix, HuluPlus and HBOGO pre-programmed for your enjoyment..

This property initially started out as an investment and I rented it. But after renovating it, I decided to furnish it and use it as my own vacation home, and share it with others looking for a great place to stay on a budget.

Good bargain for what you get

We enjoyed our stay. Being able to make breakfast and lunch was a real savings. Very comfortable home. Tastefully decorated and very quiet and loads of parking. We kept cool in extremely hot weather but found time to enjoy her deck. We look forward to staying again.

Very confortable conso for a family

The house was clean and spacious. It was great for a family worh children. My reccomendations would be to make sure the fire alarms had batteries in them, and consider adding a pack n play. We loved having the high chair to use!!

clean, and comfortable

The condo is very clean. A short car ride to markets, etc. The bedrooms are quite, & peaceful, with very comfortable beds. With 90F degrees outside, it was great to have a good AC system.
