Loved the place- so clean!!! Only issue was lack of reply from mgmt company. I needed wifi for work and the password didn’t work. I placed numerous calls & no responses. If I didn’t have to work 2 days there, we wouldn’t have had any issues. Will definitely stay again!

Kingston Arms

The location of this property is fantastic! We have stayed at this property before but not this unit. The unit was on the second floor I don’t believe this was disclosed. Older condos so there is no elevator. The unit was just okay. Ants in the kitchen and bedroom. Mgmt was attentive and came out with traps. Light in kitchen which was attached to a fan didn’t work. Other light fixtures w/ burnt out bulbs. The beds had dips in them very uncomfortable.

You can’t beat the location! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It could use an update and some TLC but it had the space that we needed with 2 little ones! Thank you for a great trip! We can’t wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great experience, amazing place near food locations and only 200 meters from the beach. The apart is better than pictures, very clean and you have all things you need. The pool had warm water.People in the Condo is very friendly. We felt very comfortableVery safe and quite place.
