This lovely apartment is in a four-storey building located slightly above the border village of Ivanica, across the border to Bosnia-Herzegovina, from which you have a nice view of the village valley and from the side views of the sea. There is one apartment per floor. The building is in a quiet location, with a parking space in front of it. The apartment is on the second floor and has 67m2. It consists of a living, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 3 balconies. Guests of all 4 apartments also have access to the garden at the rear of the building for sitting in or making use of the barbecue. The house is newly built and all materials used are of high quality and modern design. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. There is a Satellite TV/radio with numerous channels in all languages, DVD, CD, Internet connection on demand. Bed linen and towels can be supplied on demand. Cet appartement, certes confortable et proche de la frontière avec la Croatie, est situé dans un environnement peu agréable, bâtiments en ruine ou inachevés, montagnes déchiquetées par les engins de travaux... De plus, pour la proximité avec la Croatie pour un prix certes attractif il faut savoir que les temps d attente à la frontière peuvent être très très longs ... Et pour cause, cette attente nous a fait rater notre avion malgré notre départ 3h avant le décollage de ce dernier(nous étions à 30min de l'aéroport) . Tous ces détails ne sont pas mentionnés dans l 'annonce, la photo de la vue de la baie de Dubrovnik (que l'on pensait avoir) est mensongère puisque prise bien avant t sur la route ! Les autres photos extérieures sont cadrées de telle façon que l'on ne voit pas notre environnement immédiat... De plus, cet appartement a certainement été cambriolé, porte d'entrée inadaptée, fendue(on voit au travers) ce qui rajoute de l 'insécurité. A vous de choisir, mais nous déconseillons cet appartement pour la visite de la Croatie, bien que frontalier.

Very nice at a reasonable price

The apartment is well equipped, perfectly clean and spacious. It has everything you need, but not beyond that. The balcony has a splendid view. We stayed for two days, one day it took us one hour to cross into Croatia, therefor we left earlier the following day (8AM), but then it took us two hours and it's really impossible to know how long the line is going to be.

Logement très agréable

Très bien pour le logement situé juste en face du restaurant Izvor qui défie toute concurrence pour la qualité des plats et le prix.le seul problème est le passage de la frontière croate.il faut compter plusieurs heures d'attente parfois.la solution est de stationner la voiture côté croate et rentrer a pieds en 10 min.la Croatie est merveilleuse dans cette région
