You will find yourself melting into the luxurious queen beds that are located in the Master Bedroom and the 2nd Bedroom. Your young vacationers will love the 3rd bedroom that offers them the fun sleeping accommodations of 2 bunk sets. With it's ideal locatio, Summer Breeze places you right in the midst of endless fun. From the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan to the dunes of the State Park and inland lakes and rivers between, you will never have a dull moment. Downtown activities including dining, shopping, kids activities, and much more are only a few short steps out your door! If you ever find yourself in the mood to spend a day lounging at the complex you will still have plenty of options to stay busy including swimming and sunbathing at the Outdoor Heated Pool, relaxing in the Outdoor Jacuzzi or utilizing the onsite Fitness Room. Underground parking is available for one vehicle per unit.**NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. Spring, Fall, and off season 3 (three) night minimum. Callfor reservations or questions.

Pool is seasonal and generally open from Memorial - Labor Day weekend. Subject to change without notice.

One of our Family's Favorite Vacation Spots

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my family's second vacation staying at One Ludington Place and I really can't say enough good things about both the town and the condo complex. The cleanliness, amenities, friendly neighbors, and location make this my new favorite vacation spot. This particular unit was spotless, well laid out, and had high end furnishings. I actually slept better on the master mattress than I do at home. I highly recommend this unit and this property and we can't wait to come back on a future vacation. Our favorite local things to do include breakfast at Cafe 106, lunch at Keeper's Fish Shack, and dinners at Styx, Ludington Bay Brewing, Ludington Meat Company. We also had a blast driving the sand dunes at Silver Lake State Park and hiking at Ludington State Park. Stearns Beach in Ludington is also beautiful, clean, well maintained beach that was not very crowded on a July week / weekend.

BEAUTIFUL condo downtown

BEAUTIFUL condo a block from downtown and a 5 minute walk to Lake Michigan. Our 22nd annual Girls Trip was amazing at this wonderful condo with pool view. Clean and spacious with 2 patios! There were even pool noodles and beach totes for use. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The bathrooms could use more towels, but we made do. Great place, highly recommend!
