This beautifully renovated home, is conveniently located in the center of Sarasota with your CHOICE OF BEACHES! … just over the north bridge is Lido Beach & St. Armand’s Circle with its collection of restaurants & pubs, daiquiri decks, ice cream parlors, boutiques and specialty shops … or take the south bridge and you find Siesta Key with its stunning white powdery beaches and its own collection of restaurants & pubs. The world famous sunsets off the shores of Sarasota draw not only our visitors but local residents as well. All there to soak in one of nature’s most spectacular performances. The view is so surreal that it is not uncommon to see people clap their hands in the joy they receive from this experience.

The home’s central location is close to everything the city has to offer, allowing you to take advantage of many wonderful experiences including the Ringling Museum, Sarasota Ballet, concerts at the Van Wezel, and the downtown picturesque bay-front. Street names like Lemon, Orange, Pineapple, and Coconut add to the very tropical setting. Main Street boasts a beautiful movie theater, library, plenty of shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

This charming home wraps around a beautiful screened-in heated pool, a private place to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine with good company and personal conversation … and of course the kids will love it!

At 1800 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, living room, and dining room will make you feel at home with plenty of room to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen has been outfitted with newer appliances and granite countertops. All living room furniture has been recently purchased including the 60” flat screen HD television. Cable TV and wireless Internet are available for your enjoyment at no charge. The outside temperature is usually perfect but just in case, the home is outfitted with new Central A/C & Heat. Washer & Dryer on site as well as a BBQ located pool-side.

The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed with a 32” LCD TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom as well. The third bedroom also has a queen bed with it’s bathroom located directly across the hall. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and quality pillows that will afford you a peaceful nights sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for a great day. Bath towels and bed linens are provided for your use.

Nice home, our 3rd stay!

This October we stayed here once again, and it was a very nice trip. The weather was cooperative amd the house was perfect for us. Very clean, and always something new, whether it was extra kitchenware or a furniture change it is appreciated. It was nice to come in and find a few bottles of water in the fridge and bottles of wine on the table, such a nice touch. The cleaning supplies were a nice addition as we like to tidy up daily. The house and yard are well kept and the pool is always clean. Washer and dryer works great, and of course my favorite is a good working coffee maker! We like to walk to Arlington Park just down the street, it's always decorated for Halloween. Thank you to the owners and property manager for another great stay.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay

Check in instructions were emailed to us in advance of our stay and were very simple and straight forward. Nice quiet area with the Park nearby. It appears that construction is beginning on a house next door so not sure if the quiet will continue. We liked having the three beds, baths and the well maintained heated pool. The lanai was very comfortable and welcoming. The well maintained laundry area came in very handy as well. Loved the centralized location to everything-beaches, shopping, SB Airport, etc. Mattresses a little on the "too firm" side but that's minor compared to the wonderful time we had on our trip. Thank You for opening up your home to visitors!

Nice place but make sure the pool is heated!

The location of the house was great with a 15-minute drive to Lido Key Beach Park or Siesta Key Beach. The house is located on a quite street and within walking distance to a nice park area. You can reach supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping within a short 5 to 10-minute drive. The house has a nice layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen appliances are mostly new and all the kitchen items you need. The pool and outside patio area is partial shade and is quite cool in the cooler months as we had to wear jackets each morning in October. The owners were easy to communicate with and all seemed well until... Now the bad news, the house was described with a heated pool and was communicated to us that it was indeed heated. We were told that the pool water was to be 10-15 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. We were scheduled to stay 7 nights from Saturday until the following Saturday. Unfortunately, our Saturday arrival was extremely late due to a cancelled flight and we finally arrived at 2 am on the Sunday morning. On our first full day on Sunday, our family of 5 attempted to enjoy the pool but it was too cold for me but my children did use the pool only a short while due to the cool water temperature. The next several days the outside temperatures were below normal and the pool got even colder. We contacted the owner on Wednesday morning to complain about the cold pool water. The following day on Thursday, the owner apologized and said that the property

Excelente place to enjoy in family

Overall the house is excellent, really clean organized with everything that you need inside. The swimming pool is really clean and hired. The area around the pool is very nice and cozy, perfect for family or small groups. House is in very nice neighborhood but you need rent a car to assess to the nearest Beaches, Siesta and Lido, the last for me is the better. It take between to 15 to 20 to arrive to the beach in a car. Mattress are really uncomfortable hard, this is one aspect to improve. I really recommend this house for sure.
