Outside of building is nicely appearing. Inside needs some work, the shower is not really large enough for a regular sized man . Also the floors ( drops in levels ) are fairly dangerous. All in all a nice spot.

Great House in Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed and very much enjoyed the back yard and pool. We had everything and no issues so only needed to communicate with Shayne for check in and check out, he was very responsive.

The house has lots of new Windows and good natural light. It was Clean and spacious. Good energy. The diner table is nice. Shayne is very friendly and he was always response for our needs.

We stayed almost a week at this cottage with three adults and were very pleased with our stay. The cottage is all that was promised. Shayne is an extremely responsive host with great attention to detail - there were water bottles on the nightstand and travel size shampoo and conditioner to get guests started right. The cottage is centrally located, yet in a very quiet and tucked away neighborhood. In addition it is only a short drive or bike ride away from downtown and the beach. Two bikes were provided with the cottage. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and stay there again myself.
