About this property

Completely remodeled in 2012, the farmhouse sits near pastures and forest with two creeks and plenty of wildlife. You will be surrounded by beautiful farms and forests with views of Schweitzer ski resort and the surrounding mountains. The house is centrally located in the Selle Valley, minutes from shopping, 5 miles to city beach on Lake Pend Oreille, 5 miles from the Schweitzer Mountain ski bus barn/shuttle, 30 minutes to Schweitzer Mountain Resort, 5 miles from the Idaho Club golf course, 45 minutes from the Silverwood theme park, and 45 minutes from Canada.
The main bedroom has one King bed with high quality linens and down comforter (quilt in summer). The bunk room has one full bed and three twin beds. All have high quality linens and down comforters (quilts in summer).
The gourmet kitchen is open to the dining room and living room. It is fully equipped and boasts cherry cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 8.
The living room has seating for everyone on a comfortable sectional. There is a large flat screen tv with Roku for streaming, a blu-ray player and a selection of DVD's to choose from.

A home away from home...

House was well fitted out with everything we needed... Very comfortable beds... Lovely rural area with Horses in the paddock next door...Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Sandpoint Farmhouse

This lovely property is located a few miles out of town, on peaceful acreage that included mature fruit trees. The farmhouse was very comfortable and met all our needs. The owners were responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Country getaway

The little red farmhouse was a perfect getaway. The layout of the house worked well for us, with ample room to spread out as well as spaces to gather for late night chats. The location was just far enough out of town to provide quiet and relaxation, but close enough to run into town for dinner and a show. We would definitely stay again and look forward to spending more than 2 nights in the little red farmhouse.
