Guest House in Lovely Neighborhood
This guest house is in a lovely neighborhood and just a short drive to all the attractions of Santa Fe. Tina has thought of everything you might possibly need and it is there for you. The place is clean, the bed and furniture are comfortable, the kitchen has great appliances…and a nice yard for your fur friend.

March Getaway
March was colder, cloudier, and windier in than usual, according to the locals. The radiant floor heat in the unit did not work properly for the first three weeks, but a supplemental space heater took the chill off most mornings. The unit adjoins the hosts' home so we were able to contact them easily when necessary. We loved having a walking trail within steps of the unit, connecting to the roads in the quiet subdivision. Lovely views of the mountains! Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was clean and well-provisioned. The location is quiet and safe, slightly north of town, but an easy drive to the plaza and museums, galleries, restaurants, etc.

A gorgeous place in Santa Fe.
This lovely Santa Fe style casita was a wonderful place to stay on the outskirts of Santa Fe. My dog and I enjoyed walking the trails that wandered over the hillsides just outside the door. It was well supplied with everything I needed. It was nicely furnished and it just felt good staying there. We could even walk to shopping if we felt like taking the time to walk. The hosts went above and beyond what was expected to make our stay nice and comfortable. Highly recommended.

After four years away, it was like coming home
We stayed here for a month in 2018 with our dogs and always longed to come back. And we were not disappointed. Walking through the gate to the private backyard of the casita felt like coming home. One of the dogs immediately ran over to what had been her favorite spot for a sunbath, rolled around, and collapsed with joy to take a nap. And opening the front door, it was just as it had been, only better. The house is well-furnished with all the kitchen equipment you could ever hope for, and the filtered cold water direct from the fridge is better than anything that comes from a bottle. We really appreciate the skylights in the kitchen and bathroom, and the bath itself has all the comfy towels (and immediate hot water) one could hope for, plus the floors are heated. The new king bed is just perfect and there's plenty of storage space in the closet and dresser. The owners are friendly and laid back and give visitors all the privacy but at the same time are simply a text away if there's a problem. We can't recommend this beautiful house with any more enthusiasm; It is simply a lovely experience to have the opportunity to stay here and the ideal location makes it easily accessible to all roads headed into - and out of - Santa Fe.

Fantastic Stay in Santa Fe
My husband and I, along with our corgi, had a wonderful month-long stay at this property. Tina and Greg were gracious hosts! They responded very quickly to any questions we had. The home was gorgeous: spotlessly clean and the decor was perfectly "Santa Fe." We had everything we needed to be very comfortable for a month. The kitchen is awesome, with everything needed to cook as often as we wanted. The beds were comfy, the bathroom very nice, and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. This peaceful and quiet location was handy to wherever we wanted to go. It's just a few minutes to downtown Santa Fe and easy to access the highways to drive to Taos, the Turquoise Trail, or any of the other places we visited. Greg and Tina were wonderful. They were there if we needed them, but otherwise we rarely saw them. There was a slight problem with a pipe under the kitchen sink. This was quickly fixed. Tina and Greg graciously sent us a gift certificate to a local restaurant for bothering us with fixing the sink! This was a top-notch experience. I highly recommend staying here if you are fortunate enough to get to spend time in Santa Fe.

My husband and I moved to Santa Fe from Phoenix, AZ to escape the heat and hubbub of a big city. We love the outdoors and are avid mountain bikers, hikers, and snowboarders.

Why they chose this property

We love the dry climate and 360 days of sunshine, not to mention the ability to mountain bike, snowboard, fish or enjoy the local wineries all within a 30 minute drive. This particular area of Santa Fe is perfect for us because of it's proximity to great trail systems and easy access to downtown. It's also quiet and highlights the natural beauty of the area.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this house because of the great natural light and landscape. The interior has just the right amount of southwest style with modern amenities for a touch of contemporary living.
