St. Petersburg Gem

The house is in the perfect location. It was a great home base for our time in St. Petes. The house was clean and had everything you could need. If you are in the area I highly recommend staying here.

February St. Petersburg

Lovely home in a great neighborhood close to downtown St. Pete and all activities. Home is well furnished and very comfortable. Owner was available when we had a few questions during the stay. Enclosed front porch is a wonderful room we enjoyed very much.

Great location, comfortable accommodations

We loved this two bedroom two bath for its spacious layout compared to many bungalows in the Old NE neighborhood. The front sun room was perfect for my husband to set up and use his computer during our 12 day visit. I also loved sitting there for morning sun on days too cool for outdoor sipping of my tea. A very short walk to the north shore park…maybe 10 min? Also easily walkable to the farmer’s market and St. Pete pier. Super clean & nicely furnished with extras like a generous welcome bag of Starbucks coffee, salt, pepper, some spices, and oils, beach chairs, a cooler and sand toys, first aid kit, etc.We enjoyed grilling on the gas grill, and cooked most of our meals for our group in the kitchen, and found everything we needed for meal prep. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to St. Pete..my favorite location of four rentals we have tried!

Perfect for us

Old Northeast neighborhood is residential historic preservation come to life and house is within easy, quiet walk to a park/beach on the Gulf. Near great restaurants and wonderful downtown St. Pete. Property is as advertised, clean with all we were hoping for. Would love to visit Joy’s house again.

Great property and neighbourhood

The property is clean, large and has everything you need. It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 15 mins stroll to downtown. Love the Wi-Fi which is 30 times faster than at home.

After leaving a much colder climate in 2001 I toured the entire St Petersburg/Tampa Bay area and decided there is no better place to live then Historic Old Northeast in St Petersburg. It had so much charm! I quickly purchased this darling 1920's bungalow which continues to delight its guests to this day!
