Very Dated

Pictures were not up to date. Furniture was very worn. Sofa bed was broken - we had to put pillows under it so someone could sleep on it. Chair on patio was broken. Air Conditioner never got below 72 degrees by Thursday it was 80 degrees. We had to leave early because they couldn't fix it. No refund was offered by owner or Long and Foster. They offered money off for next year but we will not stay there again.

The condo was dirty and not maintained very well.

The condo was not what we expected. The air conditioning ran constantly but the temp in the condo was between 72-76 degrees. The thermostat was set at 68. On the morning that we checked out, a maintenance man came to the condo and asked if he could measure the filter for the air conditioning unit. I told him about the condo being warm all week and he held up a dirty filter and said, "this is why". The filter was obviously overdue to be changed. The patio chairs on the balcony were dirty and rusted. The mesh seat on one chair was torn and was a hazard to sit on. The plastic table had cigarette burns. The sliding glass door to the balcony was difficult to open/close due to the dirt and grime built up on the tracks that the door slid on. The sofa bed was littered with food crumbs when we pulled it out. The oven in the stove was filthy. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. There was cereal on the carpet the bedroom. The toilet in the master bath had a paper strip on the seat stating that the toilet had been "sanitized" though there was urine dried on the rim. The change machine in the game room kept your money but did not give change. The video machine were mostly all broken. None of these machines had signs stating that they were "out of order". I informed the man at the front desk and he said that the machine were always broken and that the company would come out and repair the video machines but three days later kids would complain because the games would not work. This condo was not well maintained at all, nor was it very clean. I could understand if this were a private residence but people are paying a decent amount of money to stay there. Money that I'm sure they worked hard for. I would not recommend this condo for a vacation rental!
