If your looking for a comfortable place to stay in Wellington than look no further. This house is conveniently located near the show grounds and International Polo Club. Its right down the street from some of the most popular restaurants in the area.

This house offers a spacious open floor plan with a newly renovated kitchen. The living room, dinning, and kitchen all flow together and have great views of your private backyard.

The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk- in closet. It has a queen size bed and its own flat screen tv mounted on the wall with cable.

The other 3 bedrooms are wonderfully furnished with a queen size bed and dresser with a ceiling fan and closet. 2 of the bedrooms have flat screen tv's with cable. The bathroom for these bedrooms is at the end of the hallway.

The house is equipped with internet and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook a nice dinner at home. There is a washer and dryer unit in the house located next to the kitchen along with a half bathroom for guests.

There is a big backyard to entertain guests or play outside activities.

Everything was exactly as listed. Lovely clean well presented property. Spacious, lovely quiet location. Communication with Whitney was excellent frpm start to finish.

Return Trip as Good as the First

I rented this property 2 years ago and rented again. The location is terrific for Wellington. the neighborhood is quiet. the house is super clean and spacious. I think it was remodeled 2 years ago and it still looks fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with good modern appliances and a Keurog and a drip coffee maker. The beds are comfortable and clean. The water pressure is good and there’s plenty of HOT water. We stayed with myself and my wife, two adult children and My older (80’s) parents. We also had a few friends for dinner one night at the house. It all worked perfectly and there’s good open floor space to visit with everyone. I don’t think we had the television on more than 30 minutes in 6 days, but they are there and get direct tv. Wifi works well and there’s a key code lock for entry/exit. Terrific property and we will book this a third time next time we visit Wellington.
