The townhouse looks out onto the Megunticook River yet is tucked a block off busy and noisy Route 1. Parking is right at your door and an ice cream stand is steps away. Great for a large family or friends traveling together, this property is one of a kind. It is about location, and this property has a location that can't be beat.

This stunning town house occupies the top two floors of a newly renovated building in downtown Camden. It is a perfect blend of modern comfort with Maine quality. Access your vacation home through a private ground floor foyer and up a flight of stairs to the second floor. Enter into a light filled open concept living area, dining room and kitchen. Windows surround the room and several balconies are accessible through doors with views of the river and the neighborhood. Sit a while on the decks and enjoy the best of Camden. The living room has hard wood floors and oriental rugs and boasts a large screen TV and comfortable seating areas. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms as well as a private laundry with full sized washer and dryer. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with massage shower as well as a private deck. The other two bedrooms on this floor share a bath with a shower/tub combination. The tub is a jetted tub and a great place to relax in a bubble bath. The other bedrooms on this floor all have TV's and one is a queen bedded room and the other has two twin beds. Each are tastefully decorated with a mix of new and antique furnishings. Tucked under the eaves on the way to the third floor is a cozy nook, creating a great place to curl up with a book. The third floor bedroom boast a spectacular view of the neighborhood with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Skylights fill this space with sunshine and at night the stars are visible above your bed.

Girl friend get together

Rental process went very well. There were a few things needing attention - toaster, fire alarm would go off ( but we were directed as to how to silence it), and there was an odor, smell to the unit that was most unpleasant. That improved with airing out the place, but never completely went away. On the plus side - Camden is a great coastal town to visit. This rental is in a great location to downtown. We walked everywhere - Shops , restaurants, harbor, etc.. We were on the go from first arrival, and I admit I didn’t take time to alert anyone about the concerns - except for the fire alarm - while there. I did leave a note upon departure.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect - we could wake up and walk to our favorite coffee shop and and the evening enjoy some ice cream - all within steps of our front door. The downtown Camden area was awesome - with such great food and fun shops. We would stay here again! Thank you!!

Great Location and Accomodation

This townhome was in a perfect location in Camden within walking distance to everything. Check in was easy through the hotel. The townhome is a part of the hotel which was a surprise to us but a pleasant one. The cocktail and smores hour as well as breakfast were a great add we weren't expecting. The beds were all very comfortable and our stay was fantastic!

Location, Location, Location. Right in downtown with dedicated on site parking. Quiet yet steps to the shops and restaurants. Lots of space with extras like washer and dryer. The decks bring the outdoors in, but with air conditioning you are always comfortable. Homey yet modern. Newly renovated.

What makes this property unique

Love being able to take advantage of all Camden has to offer. I love the decks where I can sit and watch the neighborhood. No need to cook, restaurants are so close and so are bookstores! Relaxing and quiet.
