About this property

It was completely renovated in 2008. It is 2 hour north of New York City and about one hour south of Albany NY. It is close to Catamount Ski Resort and in the summer the adventure park with ziplines. It is 30 Minutes from Hudson NY. It is also close to the rail trail for biking and walking. The house has a kitchen, a living room , and a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a Queen size bed. I do offer a blow up bed for additional sleeping space. In the winter the house is heated with a propane fireplace. Seasonal renters are also welcome.

A Nice Getaway

The home was quaint, cozy, clean, and inviting. There was ample space for my wife and I. The fully equipped kitchen was a plus and the gas fireplace added charm. The house is butted up against rolling fields with views of hills. It also offers beautiful sunset views. We would both recommend this charming old school house. We would definitely stay there again!

Stay in Columbia County New York

Another great stay and visit at the Little Red Hen. A very convenient and cozy place for anyone traveling to the Berkshire region of New York. Annette. The property manager, is extremely helpful and ready to ensure stay is both pleasant and enjoyable! We highly recommend the Littlle Red Hen as a great place to stay!
