Why Robert Woodling chose Unionville
We purchased this property as the last parcel of the original farm dating back to the 1860s. It is now part of our 103 acre managed forest. Enjoy your stay with access to the forested trails, wildlife ponds, birdwatching observation towers and still be within easy driving distance of all Brown and Monroe counties have to offer.
What makes this House unique
Enjoy all that nature and the surrounding communities have to offer during the day and a relaxing hot tub in the evening followed up by a movie on the large screen TV, listen to your favorite music, or just visit with family and friends.

Clean and quiet
Very clean rental property. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with our short stay there; so we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub, trails etc.
Sometimes the weather is downright uncooperative! Hopefully you were able to take advantage of the 100+ movies in the movie collection or the various games.
We'll be back!
Spacious, comfortable and as described. Enjoyable weekend with the girls! Beautiful fall foliage and a pleasant, scenic drive into Nashville with plenty to explore along the way. We definitely plan to return!
So glad you enjoyed your weekend. We like nothing better than to share our little slice of paradise with others. We look forward to your return!
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable.
Great place they have everything you could need and more. Property was beautiful house very clean and well kept. Location was perfect 30 minutes to Little Nashville and 15 minutes to Bloomington area. Enjoyed the hot tub since the weather was perfect along with fires each night. Deer and other wildlife is all around you very peaceful. Robert was great to work with and there if you needed anything. We will definitely come back to this piece of paradise thanks for sharing it with us.
Wonderful stay, extra touches make all the difference
We had a wonderful stay at this house. As IU alums - my husband, me, our two oldest sons -- we traveled to Bloomington for a home football game and decided to go the VRBO route vs. hotel stays. From the beginning to the end of our stay, hospitality abounded. From the quick in-person check-in with Robert, to the fresh flowers that greeted us on the kitchen table, the extra "supplies" that were provided, brochures on things to do/see while we were in town -- you could tell the property owner was all about the guest experience. The house was extremely clean with plenty of room, the fire pit, hot tub and outdoors areas were much-enjoyed by our group. The welcome/information binder shared by the owner was excellent -- including recommended walking trails throughout the spacious grounds. Wish we had more time to explore the trails. As discerning travelers and former VRBO property owners, we were delighted with our stay! I highly recommend!
