Fantastic oceanfront unit. Enjoy watching dolphins, whales, and the beautiful sunset from your private lanai or the calming sound of the surf while sipping a cup of Kona coffee at breakfast. Feel the soothing ocean breeze. The master bedroom has air-conditioning for additional comfort and a comfortable queen sized bed. The second bedroom also has air-conditioning and 2 twin beds. We are VOLCANO safe.

This unit has been lovingly upgraded for the enjoyment of our guests. We are sure you'll be pleased with the renovated kitchen, walk-in tiled showers, new appliances, beds with high quality mattresses, lanai furniture, and much more.

You won't hear traffic noise from Ali'i Drive in this unit. Located in building one, the unit provides an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay on one side and backs into a beautiful green courtyard. There are no windows facing a parking lot. Take a look at our photos to get a feel of the complex and how conveniently we are located relative to the pool/hot tub and bbq area.

Your stay will have all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen and fun-in-the-sun beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkelling equipment, and coolers for beer and/or groceries.

For those guests travelling with small children, we provide a crib/playpen, booster chair, stepping stool, assorted beach toys, and a baby boogie board.

Very convenient being close to downtown Kailua Kona, yet when we entered the Condo grounds, were far from the noises of tourism, and in our own haven of tropical relaxation. My sister's children live on the Island, so we would hit the beaches all day, then have a family meal at the condo for everyone most nights. Surprised and pleased to find beach supplies, a full kitchen with useful small appliances, cold fridge, nice furniture.

Location! Location! Location!

We stayed at 1202 for a week in July - a family of five with three boys ranging from 10 to 12. The condo was a perfect fit. Everything we needed was available and of good quality. We were traveling with two other families, also staying at Sea Village, and 1202 was, by far, the best of the three!

The condo was well equipped, even for the beach, with towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. The complex itself was very clean and well manicured. The lanai directly over the rocks hearing the water crashing in was relaxing and a favourite place to chill with a great view. 10 minute drives to grocery stores and local beaches.

Marta was a great host, quick to reply to questions, and very accommodating. We highly recommend 1202 for anyone visiting Kona.

Quiet Condo

We were a group of five lady friends who spent a week in this condo. We had a nice stay in this quiet condo, and really enjoyed listening to the waves hit the lava rock just below the deck while having meals.

The kitchen was well stocked with very nice pots and pans and all the implements needed to cook at the condo. The refrigerator was a good size, and made it easy to store all of our individual food items.

The location is wonderful, as you are right off of the main street, and it's very easy to get to nice shops and restaurants which are only about a mile down the road.

I found the owner very accommodating, and easy to communicate with.

I highly recommend this unit should you wish a quiet, convenient location with a beautiful view.

The only issue I found to be somewhat inconvenient, was that the living room has a ceiling fan, but no air conditioning. If you prefer it cool at night, the bedrooms both had air conditioning units, but on the sofa sleeper, it could be warm. (The plus side of sleeping in the living room was listening to the wonderful sound of the surf!) The living area did get hot during the day, even with the drapes closed.

Beautiful view, convenient location to shopping and dining, responsive and kind hostess!

My mom and I really enjoyed staying in this condo! The lanai was perfect for enjoying breakfast and relaxing after long days while watching the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed for cooking convenience and the condo was very clean. I really appreciated all of the beach gear that was available for us to use- beach towels, chairs, cooler, snorkeling masks- it was really great to pack up the car and go find new places to explore and not worry about renting that equipment. Marta, thank you for being an awesome hostess and providing such a lovely condo for rent!
