Excelente casa amueblada, cable, internet, aire acondicionado. Desarrollo habitacional exclusivo con acceso a casa club con alberca. Cuenta con tres recamaras en la planta alta, cada una con su propio baño, la recamara principal cuenta con cama king size, otra cuenta con cama matrimonial y la tercera con dos camas individuales y una base extra individual. En la planta baja cuenta con cocina integrada equipada: parrilla, campana, refrigerador, horno de microondas, licuadora y los utensilios necesarios; el comedor cuenta con ocho sillas, en la sala hay dos sofa cama donde se pueden instalar cómodamente cuatro personas y se cuenta con un medio baño.
