The property grounds are surrounded by large koi ponds with water falls, a lagoon pool with its own sand beach for kids to play, an infinity lap pool and multiple hot tubs. There is a beautiful outdoor bar with cable tv for enjoying cocktails and the unforgettable sunsets. This luxury oceanfront property is landscaped beautifully with flowers, plants, palm trees and natural stones. Your two bedroom luxury villa comes with top of the line appliances, including a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf Stove and wine cooler, a ROY YAMAGUCHI Signature Kitchen – created by Hawaii’s own master chef. The lanai is your own outdoor living room with spectacular views of the pacific ocean. Should you desire to grill outdoors, there are Wolf Grills and picnic tables available for your use. A Bosch washer & dryer are provided in your unit for your convenience, so feel free to pack light. You will have the choice of centralized air- conditioning or opening your lanai doors and enjoying the fresh breezes of Oahu. This stay will truly provide you a unique and relaxing experience. Your Ko Olina stay at the Beach Villas will be one of a kind and is definitely a "place of joy"!

This villa comprises two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the living room is equipped with a modular sofa that can be used as a bed.

Nightly and weekly Rates already include a 13.96% tax and a 1x cleaning fee of $300.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina is located on the West side of O'ahu along two miles of Oahu's most pristine beaches in the world-class, private Ko Olina Resort vacation community. This resort community is home to the Aulani Disney Resort, the JW Marriott Ihilani Resort and Spa, the Marriott Beach Club, Ko Olina Golf Course and the Ko Olina Marina. You are located just steps from the beach and within walking distance of all of the numerous amenities offered throughout this vacation community. The Ted Robinson designed Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is home to the LPGA Lotte Championship. There are three full service spas located in Aulani, the Ihilani and the Marriott Beach Club. There are numerous fine dining options located throughout the resort community. The world-class Ko Olina Marina offers a selection of sports fishing, coastline cruises and water activities, from seasonal whale watching and dolphin sails to snorkeling among Hawaiian sea turtles and dramatic sunset cruises. The Leeward Coast of O'ahu has year-round beautiful weather and is a refuge for albatross, the Hawaiian Monk Seal, spotted eagle rays, spinner dolphins and other endangered ocean species. This is truly paradise.

Car is recommended. The resort offers a shuttle within the gated resort. a signed rental agreement is required to check in. It will be sent to you per e-mail to review, sign and return prior your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.

This property has a beautiful ocean view, which we enjoyed daily. The resort pools and lagoons were wonderful. The property itself was becoming very run down and well used. The towels and linens were old and looked and felt like hundreds of people had used them before us. The furniture in the suite was very old - difficult to open dresser drawers, dining room chairs had paint chipping off the wicker, bar stools were very “wobbly”. The shower door in the master bedroom had such a thick film on it that the squeegee could only skim over the scum. The bed in the second bedroom was low to the floor and difficult to get out of. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The stove top and oven did not work well and there was not a set of four dishes that matched in all the cupboards. The tephlon on the baking pans and frying pans was peeling off. For what we paid/night for this unit, I would have expected higher quality finishes and better kitchen and cookware. I would never recommend this suite to anyone.

Wonderful stay!!!

This property was perfect for us! It was comfortable, yet felt luxurious. The lanai of this particular unit was cool all throughout the day, without direct sun hitting it. The view was beautiful as we could see the lay out of the pool as well as the ocean. We are beyond thankful to have chosen this property!

Wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our family! The fridge and pantry were well stocked, the pack n play and high chair were in great shape, and the whole place looked just like the photos. We have stayed at the Beach Villas before and love the resort and everything within walking distance. This is a great unit, would rent again!
