About this property

Villa Elitheia is perfectly located in the family resort of Pernera with fantastic beach and water sport facilities less than a 10 minute walk away. There is a great range of restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops all within a 2-5 minute walk away. The villa is furnished in a modern luxurious style with everything you could need, giving it a fantastic home from home feeling. For the smaller guest, the villa has a cot, bed guard, high chair, baby monitor and safety gates on the stairs and patio door. The villa has a beautiful 8 x 4m tiled pool that is situated in the sunshine all day long, there are 8 loungers and plenty of room around the pool to choose your preferred sunbathing location. The roof terrace with its amazing views is a beautiful added extra. For a little shade and al-fresco dining there is a table and chairs with a large parasol next to a garden area and a gas BBQ. There is a 32' satellite TV, DVD player & DVD's, 19' TV in the twin bedroom for playing DVD's with a PS2 & games, iPod docking system, books and games.

Travel: The villa is approximately 40 minutes by car from Larnaca airport. A car can be useful for seeing more of the island and visiting the larger supermarkets but it is not essential. One of the reasons for choosing the villa location was so that a family could spend a two week holiday eating in a different restaurant every night without the need for a car. There is also a bus service to and from the airport and also from Pernera to other main destinations and a taxi rank in the Pernera centre.

Gorgeous villa and surrounding area.

After 3 years since our last holiday this was just what we needed. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and spotless. Fantastic for families with all the games and pool accessories. Roof terrace is so beautiful and peaceful later in the evening. Hosts are so friendly and helpful. A side note, must visit Evalena bistro our almost daily visit.

Villa Alithea is a beautiful spacious and extremely well equipped villa. The roof terrace is such a lovely space to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. I can't recommend it highly enough aand we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Relaxing stay

Great communication from the host and management company both prior, and during our stay. Villa is in a great location- close to Pernera with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to Lidl and Protaras. The inside of the villa is nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bbq is new. The pool area is nice but it does get very dark outside due to a lack of useful exterior lighting. We had trouble with the bedroom air conditioning during our stay. The air con in 2 of the 3 rooms was very noisy, as were the ceiling fans. The management company were informed and rectified the problems on the same day. Taxi’s to and from Larnaca airport were roughly €60 for 4people with 4 large suitcases. Protaras and Lidl were less than €10, while Ayia Napa was €20.

My name is Evonne and together with my husband, Aaron we own Villa Elitheia. We have 3 sons, Callum 21, Dylan 15 and Isaac 10, we also have Bella and Winston our 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels!
We are originally from West Yorkshire, but in August 2015 we moved to New Jersey, USA, for Aarons work, and for an adventure!

Why they chose this property

We holidayed in Cyprus for many years before purchasing our villa, we instantly fell in love with the Country and its people.
We bought the villa in the resort of Pernera as we found it to be such a friendly, family welcoming resort, it has beautiful beaches with great watersports and many great restaurants.
Villa Elitheia is so close to everything, restaurants, bars and shops are within a few minutes walk and the beach about 10 minutes walk away. There is a wooden boardwalk down by the beach, which takes you into neigbouring Protaras and its livelier night life, it is beautiful to walk along the sea front, maybe stopping off for a drink or lunch along the way at one of the restaurants. There is no need for a car, unless you want to explore some of the other great places around the Island.
Villa Elitheia is only 40 minutes from Larnaca airport.

What makes this property unique

Villa Elitheia has a beautiful mosiac tiled, private pool, which sits in the sunshine from dawn to dusk! We have plenty of sun loungers around the pool for you to enjoy the beautiful weather, but we also have shade by the pretty garden if you need a break from it! For the pool we have inflatables to keep the kids and big kids happy.
Our roof terrace is simply gorgeous, with its stunning views all around, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Inside the villa we have lots of things to keep the children entertained if they need to get out of the sun for a while, TV's, lots of DVD's, playstation, board games, books, toys. We have a cot, baby monitor and stair gates for your little ones.
We have holidayed in our villa many times with our children and we really have tried to make it home from home for everyone.
