Imagine yourself during the spring and summer sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful view of the golf course and Lake Bellaire. In the fall and winter there is a fireplace to keep you warm & cozy.

This 2nd floor (no elevator) studio condo is located in the Summit Village on Shanty Creek Resort. All guests have use of the Summit Village Beach Club.

Enjoy an affordable get-away at this furnished efficiency studio. This unit will give you beautiful accommodations at one of Northern Michigan's popular Golf and Ski resorts. Bellaire is in the heart of "Vacation Country", just 45 miles NE of Traverse City.

The unit has a queen murphy bed, a queen size pull-out couch, a full kitchen and wireless internet from the resort. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans for simple cooking and dishes for 4.

Be sure to reach out to me about long term rental pricing. I have stated 10%-15% for weekly or seasonal, but I can and will do better depending on the time of year and length of stay. Daily rates won't apply.

This unit is a gem! Has a nice kitchen with dishwasher so you don’t have to eat out every night. The fireplace ambience added to the cozy feel of our place. This is the second time we have rented here & we will be back.

Beautiful view

Easy to find. The balcony view was beautiful. Was not there much as for we travled a lot on saturday. The fireplace was peacful with the rain. Because we travled on our motorcycle, definitely did not make some people happy. But it was a beautiful place. Next time i visit definitely be staying there again

Beautiful Area and Views!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Very convenient location and quite peaceful. The sunset view was beautiful and the place had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Thanks Katy!

I grew up in Green Bay Wisconsin and went to UW-Madison. I always enjoyed the climate and change of seasons in Wisconsin. Early in my career I was transferred to Michigan to work in the automotive industry. Growing up, golf was a very important part of my life and remains so today. Shortly after moving to Michigan I was able to go on golf trips in northern Michigan. Northern Michigan reminded me of Wisconsin although, truth be told, I thought it was even more beautiful. More golf courses and the sand dunes and bluffs on the northwest side of the state have no equal.

Why they chose this property

I chose Shanty Creek and specifically Snowshoe, first because of the area. It is close to Traverse City, if you need any of the things a bigger city can offer. The golf and skiing are some of the best in the state. And even if you don't ski or play golf there is an unlimited amount of outdoor activities.

What makes this property unique

This unit is very comfortable for a couple or young family. And best of all I am able to price it at a very affordable rate. I really want to share the beauty of northern Michigan with as many people as possible. Use the 'BOOK IT' feature and reserve your next up north vacation.
